You've got solid names — Lingua Franca, Patz & Hall, Orin Swift — sitting next to more grocery-aisle picks like Raeburn and Acrobat, which is a bit of a mismatch in ambition. The white wine section is almost entirely Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, with no Riesling, no Grüner, nothing remotely old-world or aromatic that would make sense alongside Asian fusion cuisine. One token Bordeaux blend (Chateau Suau Côtes de Bordeaux) and a Ben Marco Malbec are the only non-American options — a real missed opportunity given the food.

Thirty-one by-the-glass options sounds like a dream until you realize the range sits between $14 and $25 with no real outliers or surprises — it's the same tier of wine repeated across categories. Orin Swift's Mannequin white blend is probably the most interesting pour at the glass level, and it's the kind of thing that actually works with lighter, umami-forward dishes. There's no obvious rotation happening here; this feels like a static list that gets refreshed maybe twice a year.
