The wine program here is less a program and more a footnote. Walk up to the bar and your choices are essentially: Chandon sparkling, or not wine. This is a casino bar first and everything else a distant last.
The list begins and ends with a single producer — Chandon NV sparkling from California. There are no reds, no whites, no rosé, no Burgundy, no anything with a sense of intention. The region focus is technically Napa Valley, but calling one mass-market bubbly a 'regional focus' is generous. If you came here hoping to explore a glass of something interesting between hands of blackjack, you're going to be disappointed.
One option. That's the whole by-the-glass program — Chandon NV at $14 a pour. There's no rotation, no seasonal switch-up, no attempt to offer even a basic red alongside the sparkling. If bubbles aren't your thing tonight, you're pointed toward the cocktail menu.
Chandon NV Sparkling Wine — $14/glass
It's the only option, so by default it wins. Chandon is an easy-drinking, inoffensive bubbly — if you want something celebratory without overthinking it, this gets the job done at a price that won't shock you.
Chandon NV Sparkling Wine
In a casino bar context, ordering sparkling instead of a mass-market beer or well cocktail is actually a small upgrade most people overlook. It's the one move that makes sense here.
Chandon NV Sparkling Wine (bottle)
At $50 a bottle with no retail price on file for comparison, you're almost certainly paying a casino markup on a wine that retails around $20-22. Unless you're splitting it at the table, the glass pour is the smarter play.
Chandon NV Sparkling Wine + Fried Appetizers
Sparkling wine and fried bar snacks actually make sense together — the bubbles and acidity cut through the grease in a way a cocktail just doesn't. It's the one accidentally smart pairing this bar stumbles into.
Sunday — Buy any bottle of wine on Sundays and receive another bottle of equal or lesser value free at Carter Green Steakhouse. Bottles must be opened before leaving premises per Mississippi ABC regulations. Limit one bottle per person per visit.
❌ The Bottom Line
This is not a destination for wine drinkers — it's a slot machine bar that happens to stock one bubbly. Come for the Sunday bottle deal at Carter Green Steakhouse next door, not for anything happening at the bar itself.
Downtown Gulfport · Gulfport · Steakhouse
The Rack House wine list is exactly what a Gulf Coast steakhouse should be — unpretentious, fairly priced, and wide enough by the glass that you don't feel cornered. We'd send a friend here without hesitation, just with the note to skip the Moscato and go straight for the Ste. Michelle.

Island View Casino · Gulfport · Seafood / Raw Bar
The food concept is solid, but the wine program is an afterthought in a place that should know better — oysters are practically begging for a decent Muscadet or even a crisp rosé, and the kitchen deserves backup. Come for the shellfish, drink the bubbles on Sunday, and lower your expectations below sea level.

I-10 / Highway 49 Corridor · Gulfport · Hotel Restaurant / American
This is not a wine destination — it's a place to sleep near the highway that happens to have wine on the menu because it's legally a full-service hotel. Order a beer, or head somewhere else entirely.

Biloxi Beachfront · Gulfport · American
This is a wine list for people who need wine with dinner and aren't interested in making it a thing — and it delivers exactly that without embarrassing anyone. If wine is important to your night, eat somewhere else; if you just want a glass of something recognizable while you watch the Gulf, you'll be fine.

Gulfport Beachfront / Highway 90 · Gulfport · Hotel Bistro
This is a wine list that exists because the hotel is required to have one. If you're sleeping here, grab a glass of the Clean Slate Riesling and call it a night — but don't make a trip to the Courtyard Bistro for the wine program.

This list was designed for convenience, not conversation. If you're killing time before a flight, grab a glass of Kim Crawford and call it a day — but don't come here expecting anything worth talking about at the table.

The Top Hat is a live-music venue first, and the wine list reflects that honestly — approachable, fairly priced, and wide enough to keep most people happy. You're not going for the wine, but you're not going to regret the Rioja either.

The Top Hat isn't trying to be a wine destination, and the wine list isn't pretending otherwise — but the prices are fair, a few solid picks hide in plain sight, and the Lan Rioja alone earns this place a pass. Come for the music, order better than the house Cab, and you'll be fine.

Downtown Fargo · Fargo · Bar
The Library is a solid neighborhood bar that happens to serve wine — nothing more, nothing less. If you're in Downtown Fargo and want a glass of something recognizable in a comfortable room, you'll leave fine; just stick to the Duckhorn and skip the Kim Crawford at that markup.
