The list leans hard on familiar American brands — Josh Cellars, Dreaming Tree, Robert Mondavi Private Selection, Scattered Peaks — with Chateau Ste. Michelle holding down the Washington State corner competently. The international presence is thin but functional: Barone Fini Pinot Grigio for the Italian check-box, Kim Crawford for the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc crowd, Ruffino Prosecco for the bubbles table. Don't come looking for anything obscure or region-driven — this is a list built around what a Mississippi steakhouse crowd actually orders, and it delivers exactly that without pretense. The gap is on the red side: there's no Malbec, no Syrah, no Zinfandel worth mentioning — just a cluster of Cabs and a Merlot doing their thing.
