You come in expecting milkshakes and a jukebox, and then the wine list lands on the table — 59 labels, almost exclusively Champagne. It's a diner. In Las Vegas. With Krug and Cristal on the menu. We didn't see that coming.
This list is essentially a Champagne monograph with a few outliers scattered in. The depth within the category is real: grower producers like Camille Saves, Mousse, Roland Champion, Waris-Larmandier, and Gaston Chiquet share space with the usual prestige cuvées — Dom Pérignon, Cristal, Krug Grande Cuvée 172nd Edition. The Armand de Brignac presence is heavy to the point of feeling curated for a specific clientele — five different expressions of Ace of Spades is a statement. If you want a still wine, a Burgundy, or literally anything red, this is not your stop.
