Wingman Metrics
The Summer House wine list lands with more intention than you'd expect from a Vegas casual-dining concept. Sixty-seven labels and 27 by-the-glass options is a real program, not a placeholder. The price floor starts at $12 a glass, which in Las Vegas is practically an act of charity.
The list covers its bases without pretending to be something it's not — you get Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc next to a Sancerre, a Grüner Veltliner alongside a Russian River Chardonnay, and a Santa Barbara Pinot Noir that earns its place. The rosé section is stacked, with four distinct pours ranging from the house Bonanno label to Aix and The Pale — that's more thought than most Strip hotels put into their entire list. Red depth is the thinnest spot: we're seeing Malbec and two Pinots but not much else. Sparkling gets a solid push with Roederer Estate, a Rosé Champagne from Canard-Duchêne, and two Prosecco options covering different styles.
Twenty-seven by-the-glass options is an impressive number, and the spread across whites, rosés, sparkling, and reds is genuinely balanced. Prices run $12 to $28 a glass, and the quality curve tracks the price points reasonably well — you're not being punished for ordering up. The rosé-by-the-glass program alone is four deep, which is the kind of detail that makes a summer-themed restaurant actually earn its name.
The Bottom Line
Summer House is doing more with its wine program than it has to, and in Las Vegas that deserves genuine credit. Fair prices, a thoughtful by-the-glass roster, and a few genuinely interesting picks — the Grüner and the Selbach Riesling especially — make this worth exploring. It's not a destination wine list, but it's a reliable one, and that's rarer on the Strip than it should be.

Hughes Center · Las Vegas · Brazilian Churrascaria
The real story at Fogo de Chão Hughes Center is the Monday-through-Thursday deal: South American bottles under $150 go at half price, all day, in both the dining room and bar. That's a meaningful discount at a format where a table can easily work through a full bottle alongside the picanha parade. If you're going to drink wine here — and you should — plan your visit around that window.

South Point Casino · Las Vegas · Steakhouse
Silverado Steak House isn't trying to win any wine awards, and it doesn't need to — the list is fair, functional, and occasionally punches above its casino-floor weight class. If you're eating steak at South Point and want a solid glass without getting robbed, this list has your back; just stay away from the bottom shelf and head straight for the Davis Bynum or the Symmetry Meritage.

Order the $21 glass of Kirinzan Junmai Ginjo, or the $50 Signature Flight if you want three saké side by side. Joe's backs a 24-wine glass list with a bottle list that reaches collector Bordeaux and Burgundy. Order the $12 Zuccardi Serie A Malbec by the glass, or the $55 Cahors by the bottle with the 16 oz Rib Eye, and try the $100 A.F. Gros Moulin-à-Vent if you want a lighter red. · Spartanburg · Restaurant
Two bottles is not a wine list — it's a gap on the menu waiting to be filled. Rick Erwin's Level 10 earns points for choosing recognizable, inoffensive labels, but zero points for effort, range, or value. If wine matters to your night out, this is not your destination in Spartanburg.

· Greer · Restaurant
Rick Erwin's Greer may well be a great steakhouse experience, but the wine program as documented is nearly nonexistent — two bottles, steep markup on the Cab, and no evidence of any active curation or by-the-glass program. If you're coming here for wine, bring your own or stick to cocktails.

Two wines, one producer, no real choice — Rick Erwin's Clemson treats wine as an afterthought and the pricing confirms it. Until this list gets a meaningful overhaul, order a cocktail or ask your server what's on draft.
