You're standing on Main Street in St. Helena, a food truck is parked out front, and someone just handed you a glass of Napa Cab — this is not what you expected from the people who make energy bars. The outdoor patio has an easy, community-table feel that strips away the stuffiness that haunts most Napa tasting rooms. It's casual without being careless.
The list is tight and intentional — somewhere between 15 and 30 wines, all Clif Family estate or sourced from Napa Valley, with a California-first lens throughout. You won't find a deep Burgundy cellar or an obscure Jura producer lurking in the back pages, but that's not the point. What's here is coherent: the Climber Red Blend anchors the approachable end, while the Kit's Killer Cab and Estate Cabernet Sauvignon push toward serious Napa territory. The Savant Syrah is the most interesting detour on the list, showing that this operation thinks beyond Bordeaux varietals.
