The list leans into Washington and Pacific Northwest producers with a nod to international selections, which is the right call for this corner of the state. Don't expect a deep cellar or vintage verticals — this is a rotating, curated approach that keeps things moving and seasonally relevant. The lack of published label names on the bottle menu is a little frustrating for serious wine nerds, but the flight format suggests they're making deliberate choices rather than just stocking whatever the distributor pushed this week. Gaps exist in the data, but the intent behind the list reads thoughtful.
