The program leans heavily on Washington's heavy hitters — Yakima Valley, Columbia Valley, and Walla Walla Valley — which makes sense for a spot that wants to be a local ambassador rather than a globe-trotting list. Don't expect Burgundy deep cuts or obscure Italian varietals; this is Pacific Northwest wine country through and through. The edit is tight, which cuts both ways: it keeps the focus sharp but leaves adventurous drinkers wanting more range. For what it is — a casual waterfront bistro — the regional commitment is genuinely refreshing.
