The red-wine focus here is deliberate and well-executed: Washington Syrah anchors one flank, with Alexandria Nicole's Jet Black cask pour sitting alongside L'Ecole No. 41's Columbia Valley bottling and Purple Star, covering the spectrum from approachable to serious. The Italian contingent punches above the restaurant's weight class — Remo Farina Amarone, Allegrini Palazzo della Torre, and a Cesari Ripasso give the list genuine old-world credibility.
