Walk into BR Prime and the wine list hits differently than most casino restaurants — 320 selections with a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence backing it up. This isn't a list assembled by a hotel committee checking boxes; someone here actually cares. The waterfront setting adds to the sense that you're somewhere worth drinking well.
The list leans hard into California — Napa and Sonoma dominate, which makes sense for a steakhouse crowd that knows what Caymus and Silver Oak are and isn't interested in a lecture about Jura. Bordeaux and Burgundy show up to add some old-world legitimacy, and there's a nod to Washington State via Chateau Ste. Michelle. The gaps are real though: if you're hunting for anything off the beaten path — natural wine, Rhône, South America — you're going to be disappointed. This is a list built for confidence, not adventure.
Sixteen to twenty-four pours by the glass is a respectable spread for a steakhouse, running $14–$30 a pour. You're not going to find anything surprising up here — expect the usual suspects — but the range covers the table without anyone feeling stranded. Rotation appears minimal; this list isn't chasing seasonal interest.
Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon — $60–$80 (bottle estimate based on typical restaurant pricing)
Jordan consistently drinks above its price point — it's the Sonoma Cab that doesn't need to shout. In a list heavy with bottles pushing $200+, this is the one that actually delivers steak-night satisfaction without the morning-after regret when the bill arrives.
Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling
Nobody orders Riesling at a steakhouse, and that's exactly why this is the move. It cuts through rich sauces, holds up against the lobster bisque, and lands at a price that makes everyone at the table skeptical until they taste it. Washington State Riesling is chronically underrated and this one proves the point.
Opus One
Opus One is a perfectly good wine that casino restaurants charge perfectly absurd prices for. You're paying a significant premium on top of an already premium bottle just for the privilege of ordering the most recognizable name on the list. If the goal is flexing, go for it. If the goal is drinking well, put that money toward two bottles of something else.
Far Niente Chardonnay + Lobster Bisque
Far Niente Chardonnay is rich, buttery, and oak-forward — which sounds like overkill until you put it next to a lobster bisque that's doing the same thing. They amplify each other in the best possible way, and it's one of those combinations that makes you feel like you made a smart decision before the steak even arrives.
The Bottom Line
BR Prime is the rare casino wine list that doesn't embarrass itself — 320 bottles, proper storage, and staff who know what's in those bottles. The markups are real and the list plays it safe, but for Biloxi, Mississippi, this is as good as it gets.

Bourbon & Bones SanTan has a reserve list that punches above its suburban strip-mall weight class — the Heitz Martha's Vineyard duo, Dominus, and the rogue Egon Müller Riesling are all legitimate gets. The pricing is unambiguously steep and the list has real gaps, but if you're celebrating something and want a specific California collectible with your ribeye, this is one of the more unexpected places to find it in the East Valley.
