Crémant, Picpoul, Dolcetto, and a decade-old Pinot Noir all sharing a menu is a minor act of courage in a gastropub context.
The list spans Burgundy's crémant tradition, the Loire, Galicia, the Willamette Valley, Piedmont, and the Rhône — a genuinely international sweep for ten bottles.
