Wingman Metrics
The wine list at Stats feels like it was assembled by someone who Googled 'wines people recognize' and called it a day. Fifteen labels, most of them national brand staples you've seen at every airport TGI Fridays from here to LAX. It's not offensive — it's just not trying very hard.
The list leans heavily on crowd-pleasing commercial producers: Santa Margherita, Sonoma Cutrer, Belle Glos, Justin — all recognizable, all safe, all priced at a premium for what they are. There's a brief nod toward Europe with DaVinci Chianti and Berceo Tempranillo, but don't mistake that for ambition. The ZD Chardonnay is the one label here that suggests someone on the purchasing side at least looked past the top shelf at Total Wine. Geographic diversity is thin — it's mostly California with a few token imports filling out the card.
Ten of the fifteen labels pour by the glass, which is a decent ratio for a sports bar. Prices run $12–$16 a glass, and at those rates you're paying restaurant markup on wines that retail for $12–$18 a bottle at home. Elouan Pinot Noir and Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc round out a glass list that's functional but uninspiring — good enough for a pregame, not worth lingering over.
Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc — $12/glass
At the low end of the glass price range, Whitehaven is a consistently solid New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with real cut and citrus brightness. It's a known quantity that delivers, and at $12 it's the most defensible pour on this list.
Berceo Tempranillo
Most people here are reaching for the Justin Cab or the Belle Glos without a second thought. The Berceo Tempranillo is the one wine on this list that actually has some character — earthy, a little rustic, genuinely interesting next to anything with char on it. It'll get ignored all night, which is a shame.
Belle Glos Balade Pinot Noir
Belle Glos retails around $25–$30, and by the time Stats marks it up, you're paying sports bar prices for a wine that's big, overripe, and built more for Instagram than your glass. There are better ways to spend that money on this list — or just order a craft beer and lean into where you actually are.
Fleur de Mer Rosé + Buffalo Wings
Hear us out. Fleur de Mer is a dry Provençal-style rosé with enough acid and freshness to cut through the fat and heat of a plate of wings. It's the kind of pairing nobody at a sports bar is making, which is exactly why you should.
❌ The Bottom Line
Stats is a brewpub — drink the beer. But if you need a glass of wine while watching the game, the Whitehaven or the rosé will get you through the night without embarrassing anyone. Just don't come here expecting the wine list to be the point.

The Garden Room isn't a wine destination, but it's a respectable place to drink if you know what to order. Come for the bubbles, the Boscarelli, or the Riesling — and manage your expectations on the markup.

This is a hotel wine list that knows it's a hotel wine list and isn't embarrassed about it. If you're eating here because your conference badge requires it, grab the Craggy Range and move on — but don't make a special trip.

Bottle Rocket ATL isn't a wine destination and doesn't pretend to be — but $10–$15 a glass for Cupcake and Coppola is asking a lot of goodwill. Order the Casanova di Neri, appreciate the one good decision someone made, and don't expect more than that.

Tenku Avenue gets the format right — all glass, no bottle minimums — but the list itself plays it too safe for a kitchen that presumably takes more risks than this. Go in knowing what you want, grab the Acrobat or the Blank Stare, and don't let anyone upsell you into the Belle Glos.

Patria is a mezcal bar doing something genuinely unexpected with its wine list — an all-Mexican lineup that earns your attention even if the pricing occasionally tests your patience. If you're curious about what Mexican wine actually tastes like, this is your best classroom in Atlanta.

Buffalo Wild Wings Idaho Falls is a perfectly fine place to watch a game and eat wings — just don't let the wine list anywhere near your evening. Order a beer, order a cocktail, order a second order of wings. The wine program is an afterthought and it shows in every bottle markup and unbranded house pour.
