The list leans hard into Oregon terroir, and we mean hard — names like St. Innocent, Big Table Farm, ROCO, Goodfellow, Schaad Cellars, DePonte, and Suzor anchor a selection that reads more like a curated tasting room flight than a hotel restaurant afterthought. Schaad Cellars
Most tables will gravitate toward the bigger names on this list. Schaad is a smaller, under-the-radar Willamette producer that tends to fly below the radar for out-of-town guests — exactly the kind of bottle worth taking a chance on when you're already in wine country and the staff can actually tell you something about it.
ROCO
ROCO makes solid wine, but it's also one of the more widely distributed Oregon labels and regularly shows up at retail and grocery stores. When the list has producers like Goodfellow and DePonte sitting right next to it, there are better places to put your money at this table.
Big Table Farm Pinot Noir + Oregon Coast seafood
Big Table Farm's Pinot tends toward the leaner, more savory end of the Willamette spectrum — lower alcohol, earthy, with real acidity. That profile cuts through rich seafood preparations without bulldozing them, and given that we're eating Oregon Coast fish inside the Oregon wine country, it's about as local and intentional as a pairing gets.

Red Hills Kitchen isn't trying to be a wine destination — but with a list this tightly focused on local producers and markups that won't make you wince, it quietly earns that status anyway. If you're here for the wings and a cold drink, you're in the right place; if you came for the wine, you took a wrong turn about three exits back.
