The price range ($7–$29/glass) keeps things accessible, which is a minor miracle for a wine bar sitting in the middle of Napa. The overall vibe reads crowd-pleaser, but at least it's an honest one.
The 61-bottle list leans heavily on recognizable, approachable names — Ava Grace, Noble Vines, Stoneleigh, Conundrum by Caymus — brands built for people who want something dependable without doing homework first. There's a notable rosé program with multiple options at varying price points, from the entry-level Ava Grace Rosé at $7/glass up to Whispering Angel at $15. What's missing is any real depth: no old-world producers worth getting excited about, no single-vineyard Napa bottles, and no sense that anyone is curating this list with genuine passion. The alcohol-removed wine section is a curious inclusion — we respect the accessibility play, but it does reinforce that this list is chasing a broad audience rather than a discerning one.
Thirty-six by-the-glass options is the best thing this list has going for it — that's a genuinely useful number for a table of friends with different preferences. Whispering Angel Rosé 2022 — $15/glass
Chateau d'Esclans Whispering Angel retails around $25–$28 a bottle, so $15 a glass isn't a steal by the numbers — but in Napa, where the markup impulse is strong, this is one of the most recognizable rosés in the country offered at a price that won't make you wince. If you're splitting a few glasses with the table, this is the move.
Terra d'Oro Chenin Blanc & Viognier 2022
Most people at this table are going to default to Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc, and that's exactly why you should order this instead. The Chenin Blanc and Viognier blend from Terra d'Oro is an unusual combo that brings floral aromatics and some textural weight without going full-butter Chardonnay. At $10/glass, it's one of the more interesting pours on the list and almost nobody orders it.
Giesen Sauvignon Blanc
Giesen is a perfectly fine New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc — solid grocery store pick for $15 retail. So when the bottle clocks in at $50 here, the math just doesn't work. You're paying premium wine bar pricing for a wine that belongs in your weeknight rotation, not on a special-occasion list. The Stoneleigh Sauvignon Blanc at $10/glass is a better call if you want something in that style.
The Four Graces Pinot Gris 2022 + Cheese and Charcuterie Board
The Four Graces Pinot Gris from the Willamette Valley brings enough weight to hold up to a rich cheese board while its restrained stone fruit keeps it from steamrolling anything delicate on the slate. At $12/glass, it's the kind of pour that makes a shared board feel like a real wine moment rather than an afterthought.
