Wingman Metrics
Thirty wines. Thirty by-the-glass pours. That's the whole list — and that's the move. Parlour isn't trying to be a 500-label cellar; it's betting that if every bottle is available by the glass, you'll actually try something new instead of defaulting to whatever Cab you already know.
The list punches well above what you'd expect from Henderson, Nevada. You get Rhône representation via E. Guigal's Châteauneuf-du-Pape, a volcanic Sicilian outlier in the Campore Etna Rosso, and legitimate Burgundy from both Louis Jadot and Chartron et Trebuchet. California is here too — Small Vines Sonoma Coast Chardonnay and DAOU Paso Robles Cab anchor the domestic side — but the list earns its credibility through the Old World picks rather than the crowd-pleasers. The Mönchhof Mosel Riesling and Château Merville St-Estèphe 2014 signal that someone made real decisions here, not just grabbed the distributor's top sellers. The gaps: no skin-contact wine, thin on South America and Southern Europe beyond Sicily.
Thirty options by the glass is the entire program, which is either a genius flex or a logistical headache depending on how well they manage freshness and rotation. The price range ($12–$37) is honest and spans everything from the Cuvée Florande Provence Rosé at $13 to Canard-Duchêne Champagne at $37 — that's a real spread that accommodates a Tuesday-night glass and a special occasion simultaneously. We'd love to see more active rotation, but the current selection earns its keep.
Château Merville St-Estèphe 2014 — $15/glass
A decade-old Left Bank Bordeaux at $15 a glass is the kind of find that makes a wine bar worth visiting. St-Estèphe at this age should be drinking beautifully right now, and at that price, it's essentially a gift.
Campore Etna Rosso 2016
Most tables at a Henderson wine bar are going to walk past a volcanic Sicilian Nerello Mascalese from 2016 and order the Decoy Merlot. Don't be that table. Etna Rosso at eight years of age is exactly where you want it — earthy, smoky, and lighter on its feet than anything else on this list.
Louis Jadot Mercurey 2022
Jadot is fine. Mercurey is fine. But $35 a glass for a négociant Burgundy from one of the most widely distributed houses in the world is where the value math stops working. You can find this bottle at retail for $25–$30 and do the math yourself.
Mönchhof Mosel Riesling 2024 + Charcuterie board
A 2024 Mosel Riesling at $16 a glass is going to be bright, off-dry, and loaded with acidity — exactly what you want cutting through cured meats and fatty cheeses. It's the most versatile pour on the list for grazing.
The Bottom Line
Parlour is a genuine surprise in a market that usually plays it safe — a focused, all-by-the-glass list with real Old World ambition at prices that don't insult you. If you're passing through Henderson and need a wine stop, this is it.
Galleria · Henderson · American Sports Bar & Grill
Twin Peaks Henderson is a sports bar — a good one, by all accounts — and you should treat it like one. Drink the beer, it's served ice cold and that's the whole idea. The wine list is an afterthought, and ordering from it feels like asking a bounce house rental company for fine dining recommendations.

Borracha is a tequila bar that also sells wine, and the list reflects that priority clearly. If your crew is on margaritas and you want a glass of something approachable, you'll find it — just don't show up expecting a wine destination.

BJ's wine program is a placeholder, not a destination — but the Tuesday/Wednesday half-price bottle deal makes it a functional option if you're already here for the Pizookie and the company. Don't come for the wine; stay for the beer.

Benihana's wine list won't win any awards, and the markups are par for the chain-restaurant course — but there are a few smart picks buried in here if you know where to look. Come for the show, drink strategically.

King's Fish House Henderson isn't a wine destination and doesn't pretend to be — but the list is fairly priced, the glass pour options are plentiful, and there are smart choices in there if you know where to look. Send a friend here for the oysters and tell them to skip the Santa Margherita.

Bonefish Grill Henderson isn't a wine destination — it's a reliable neighborhood option that does just enough right to avoid embarrassing itself. Send a friend here if they want a decent glass with good seafood and zero drama; just don't expect the list to excite anyone who actually cares about wine.
