This is a resort bar that takes wine seriously, not just decoratively. The Sonoma pedigree is evident immediately, but the list reaches well beyond county lines.
The list is anchored in California and France, with a particular focus on Sonoma County sub-AVAs — which makes sense when you're literally sitting on a Healdsburg hillside surrounded by them. International prestige is represented at the top end with heavy-hitters like Champagne Cristal, Dom Pérignon, and Ruinart Blanc de Blancs holding court on the sparkling side. With 500 selections and roughly 4,000 bottles in inventory, this is a serious cellar, not a curated afterthought. The depth skews toward the high end, so budget drinkers will find the range narrower than the bottle count implies.

Dom Pérignon at a luxury resort carries a markup that'll make your eyes water. It's a great Champagne, full stop — but you're paying heavily for the bottle's status in this setting, and the Ruinart or the local sparkling options will get you somewhere equally enjoyable for significantly less damage.
Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Champagne + Oysters on the Half Shell
Blanc de Blancs and oysters is not a controversial call — it's a call that works every single time. The Chardonnay-driven acidity and fine bubbles cut through the brine cleanly, and doing this particular combination while looking out over Sonoma hillsides is about as good as a Tuesday evening gets.
