Wingman Metrics
Nine labels. That's the whole list. You're inside one of the biggest casino complexes on the East Coast, and the wine program fits on a sticky note. The rock memorabilia is cool; the wine ambition is not.
What you get here is a greatest-hits playlist of grocery store staples — Josh Cab, Kim Crawford, Chloe Pinot Grigio — the kind of lineup that was assembled by someone who Googled 'wines people have heard of' and called it a day. There's a token nod to occasion drinking with Veuve Clicquot at $150 a bottle and Whispering Angel Rosé at $65, both priced well above where they should land. Sea Sun by Caymus adds a little California credibility, and the Ruffino Prosecco split covers the celebrations-in-a-casino crowd. There are no real regions worth exploring, no interesting producers, and zero evidence that anyone thought too hard about this.
Eight of the nine bottles pour by the glass, which sounds generous until you realize eight options from a nine-bottle list isn't curation, it's just the whole menu. Pours run $12–$18, which is Atlantic City pricing but still feels punchy for wines you can grab at Total Wine for under $20 a bottle.
J. Lohr Riverstone Chardonnay (Wine Wednesday) — $8/glass
On Wednesdays only, this reliably food-friendly Central Coast Chard drops to $8 a glass. It's not exciting, but it's honest wine at a price that actually makes sense here. The rest of the week, skip it.
Sea Sun by Caymus Pinot Noir
It's a Caymus project, which means it's built for crowd appeal — but it's also a genuinely drinkable, fruit-forward Pinot at a scale that works for a casual dinner. On a list this thin, it's the closest thing to an actual wine pick.
Veuve Clicquot Brut
At $150 a bottle, you're paying a 3x-plus markup on a wine that retails around $65. You're in a casino — there are a dozen better places to pop Veuve nearby without this kind of toll.
Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc + Classic Nachos
Kim Crawford's zippy citrus and herbaceous edge cut right through the cheese and give the jalapeños somewhere to go. It's the most functional pairing on a list that wasn't built with food in mind.
Wednesday — Wine Wednesday: $8/glass or $35/bottle on select wines — Federalist Cabernet (red) and J. Lohr Riverstone Chardonnay (white)

Hard Rock Atlantic City is a place to eat a burger, drink a beer, and watch the chaos of the casino floor — the wine list confirms they know that. Unless it's Wednesday, skip the wine entirely and order a cocktail.

Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall is exactly what it sounds like — come for the beer, and come for the atmosphere. If your crew insists on wine, the Bezel Pinot is a worthy pour, but don't come here expecting a wine program that keeps up with the rest of the experience.

Park Place Prime is exactly what a casino steakhouse wine list should be — familiar, functional, and tilted toward the crowd writing checks. It won't thrill anyone looking for discovery, but if you want a solid Cab with your dry-aged steak and don't mind paying casino prices for the privilege, it gets the job done.

Ruth's Chris Atlantic City is a reliable, well-executed steakhouse wine program that does exactly what it says on the label — deep California Cab selection, competent staff, proper storage, steep prices. Send a friend here if they want a sure thing, not if they're looking to be surprised.

Dougherty's won't convert anyone to wine obsession, but it charges fair prices, pours everything by the glass, and hides a decent Pouilly-Fuissé and a good Provence rosé in a list most people will scroll past without looking. For a Boardwalk steakhouse, that's enough to earn a recommendation.

Hard Rock Cafe's wine list is a corporate afterthought dressed up with a $61 price tag, and the mist from Niagara Falls is more interesting than anything in this glass program. Order a cocktail, enjoy the memorabilia, and save your serious wine drinking for literally anywhere else in Niagara Falls.
