This place leans California and Scotch-forward, which tells you something about the clientele: people who have opinions and aren't afraid to order a second glass.
The list skews toward California, which tracks with the neo-speakeasy aesthetic — bold, confident, not trying to impress you with obscure Jura pours. It's a tight selection that prioritizes quality over volume, and for a room this size, that's probably the right call. Don't expect a deep dive into Old World esoterica; this is a wine program that complements a serious whisky list rather than competing with it. The gaps are real — if you're hunting for Burgundy or anything orange and funky, you may leave wanting — but what's here is curated with intent.
