Six wines. That's the whole list. You scan it in about eight seconds and start wondering if the margarita menu has more going on — it does. The pricing is at least honest, landing in that $34–$42 bottle range that won't make you wince.
The list reads like someone walked into a Total Wine, grabbed the most recognizable labels off the mid-shelf, and called it a wine program. You've got Bonanza Cab, both Conundrum blends, Sea Sun Chardonnay, Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc, and a Spanish Cava — all commercially reliable, none of them particularly interesting. There's no regional identity here, no nod to Spanish or Latin producers despite the cuisine, and zero depth for anyone who wants to explore beyond the familiar. The Cava from Felix Solis at least nods toward the restaurant's Spanish/Latin roots, but it's a lone outlier on an otherwise California-grocery-store list.
Everything on the bottle list is also available by the glass, so the BTG program is essentially the entire wine program — which means your six options are your only options. Prices run $9–$12 per glass, which is reasonable and consistent with the bottle math. There's no rotation or seasonal effort here; what you see today is what you'll see next month.
The Bottom Line
Frontera Buford does not care about wine, and that's fine — it's clearly a margarita and Mexican food destination. But if you're looking for a glass to go with dinner, the Cava or Emmolo Sauv Blanc are your best bets; skip the Conundrum and save the wine ambitions for somewhere else.

At $6 a glass, the price is hard to argue with — but when the entire wine program is two anonymous varietal labels with no producer or origin attached, there's nothing to get excited about. If wine matters to you even a little, order a margarita instead.

Rosa Negra is clearly built around tequila and tapas, and the wine list confirms that wine is an afterthought at best. If you need a glass of something with dinner and price is the only criterion, $7 works — but don't come here expecting anything beyond the most basic pour. Order the cocktails and let the wine list do what it does: exist quietly in the background.

Gocha's Tapas Bar is almost certainly a fun night out for reasons that have nothing to do with wine. The list is short, anonymous, and shows no engagement with the cuisine it's supposed to complement — not a single Spanish or even European producer in sight. Order the sangria, enjoy the atmosphere, and don't come here hoping the wine list delivers.
