You walk into an oyster bar and expect a handful of Chablis and maybe a Muscadet if you're lucky. Dorothy's hands you a list with 110 labels, 32 by-the-glass options, and a Slovenian Friulano sitting next to a Hungarian Riesling-Gewürz-Sauvignon blend. This is not a normal oyster bar wine list.

The list leans hard into the kind of high-acid, lower-alcohol whites that actually make sense next to briny shellfish — Grüner Veltliner, Albariño, Petite Chablis, Arneis, dry Riesling — and it pulls them from genuinely interesting producers across Austria, Slovenia, Spain, Italy, and France. The sparkling and pét-nat section alone is worth the visit, with the Szigeti Grüner Veltliner Traditional Method Brut and the Casal del Ventozela Pseudonimo Pét Nat from Minho showing real range and personality. Red wine lovers aren't entirely abandoned — the Vorspannhof Mayr Zweigelt from Kremstal shows up in two formats and the Frédéric Esmonin Les Génévières Burgundy anchors the serious end of the bottle list. At 110 labels, there are almost certainly gaps in depth on the Burgundy and Champagne side, but the breadth of the natural-leaning, European-focused selection more than compensates.

Thirty-two by-the-glass options is genuinely impressive and the price spread — $7 to $20 — means there's an entry point for everyone. The program is organized by style (sparkling, rosé and orange, white, red), and happy hour pricing on certain pours pushes the value even further. The glass program is clearly the main event here, not an afterthought.
