The wine list at Via 313 fits on a napkin — and not a big napkin. Four options total, all priced at $5 a glass, which is either refreshingly unpretentious or a sign that nobody really thought about wine when they built this menu. Probably the latter.
There's no list to deep-dive here — it's two sangrias and two unnamed house pours. No regions, no producers, no varietals listed. The 'House White' and 'House Red' labels tell you exactly nothing about what's in the glass, which is fine if you don't care, and deeply frustrating if you do. This is a pizza program with a wine placeholder, not a wine program.
All four options are by the glass, so technically the entire list is BTG — which sounds generous until you realize it's two sangrias and two mystery house pours at $5 each. Rotation? Almost certainly not. What you see is what you get, every visit.
The Bottom Line
Via 313 is here for the pizza, full stop — and the wine list makes that priority abundantly clear. Order a slice, skip the wine program discourse, and come back when they care.

Block is a solid neighborhood restaurant that happens to have wine — not a wine destination that happens to serve food. If you're in Provo and want something decent in your glass without any stress, it works. Just don't buy the bottle of Pinot.

La Dolce Vita earns its stripes as a dependable neighborhood Italian with a wine list that actually respects the cuisine it's serving. It's not a destination wine program, but in Provo, it's one of the better options on the table — and that house pour at $4 a glass is almost disarmingly honest.

Harbor is a reliable upscale date-night option where the wine list won't embarrass anyone but won't excite anyone either.
