You walk in, catch a gorgeous Columbia River view, and then open the wine list — and that's where the magic stops. Two wines. That's it. A house red blend and a single Cabernet, both Washington State, both available by the glass or bottle. For a waterfront bistro calling itself a martini bar, the wine program is barely a footnote.
The list leans entirely on Washington State, which would be fine if there were any real depth to it — but two producers does not a regional showcase make. You've got the Twigs TNT Red Blend, a house-label wine that tells you almost nothing about where it comes from or who made it, and the Browne Heritage Cabernet Sauvignon, a reliable but entirely unremarkable workhorse bottle that shows up on chain restaurant lists across the Pacific Northwest. No whites, no rosé, no bubbles, no variety. The martini menu is clearly where the energy went, and the wine list knows it.
Two pours. Full stop. The Twigs TNT Red Blend and the Browne Heritage Cab are your only options by the glass, priced in the $10–$15 range. There's no rotation, no seasonal swap, no attempt to keep things interesting — what's on the menu is what's on the menu, presumably forever.
Browne Heritage Cabernet Sauvignon — $15/glass
It's not exciting, but Browne Heritage is a legitimately made Washington Cab with some backbone — it's the safer of the two pours and at least comes from a real producer you can look up.
Twigs TNT Red Blend
House blends get a bad rap and this one might surprise you if you're not expecting much — it's a casual, crowd-friendly pour that works fine with a pizza and a river view. Low stakes, low expectations, occasionally pleasant.
Browne Heritage Cabernet Sauvignon (bottle)
At an estimated $45–$60 a bottle, you're paying a steep restaurant markup on a wine that retails around $15–$18. Order it by the glass if you must, but do not commit to a full bottle.
Twigs TNT Red Blend + Handmade Pizza
A soft, fruit-forward house red blend asks nothing of you and asks nothing of your pizza — it's an easy, no-conflict combo that won't compete with whatever's on the pie. Sometimes that's exactly what you need.
The Bottom Line
Twigs Waterfront is a perfectly decent place to eat pasta and watch the river, but if wine is your reason for going out, keep moving. Order a martini — that's clearly the point.

La Bottega is a Wild Card in the best sense: a café-deli-wine-shop in a city not known for serious wine, pouring Arnot-Roberts and Dönnhoff by the glass at fair prices. If you're in Vancouver, WA and want a genuinely good pour with your lunch, this is your spot.

Line & Lure clears the casino restaurant bar by a comfortable margin — fair prices, a thoughtful white wine program, and a Royal Tokaji that earns genuine respect. We'd send a friend here for a pre-dinner glass without hesitation, as long as they stick to the whites.

DOSALAS is a tequila bar with a wine list that's doing the minimum — decent regional picks, steep markups, and no real surprises. Drink the Albarino or the Tempranillo and save your wine ambitions for a dedicated wine spot.
