From what we can tell, the list tracks closely with the Pacific Northwest regional playbook — Oregon Pinot Noir and Willamette Valley whites are almost certainly doing the heavy lifting here, with a supporting cast of familiar Washington reds and maybe a California Cab or two for the hotel crowd who didn't get the memo about Pinot country. The depth beyond that regional anchor is unclear, and that's not necessarily a compliment. Hotel lists in mid-size markets often rely on distributor defaults rather than intentional curation, and there's little evidence this one bucks that trend. If you're hoping for a deep dive into Ribbon Ridge producers or a Dundee Hills single-vineyard, you may be shopping at the wrong counter.
