Wingman Metrics
Four wines. That's the whole list. We counted twice hoping we missed a page, but no — Provisions Market Hall is selling exactly four bottles of sparkling wine and calling it a wine program. The pricing is honest, at least, which is more than we can say for the ambition.
Every single bottle here is a sparkling wine, which is either a very bold editorial choice or a sign that no one's thought too hard about this. You've got an Oregon Blanc de Blancs from Argyle, a straightforward Prosecco from Castello di Roncade, a Crémant d'Alsace rosé from Sparr, and the Lambert Petite Royal rounding things out. There's no red, no white, no rosé still wine, no natural anything — just bubbles across the board. If you walk in wanting a glass of Pinot Noir with your charcuterie, you're out of luck.
We don't have confirmed by-the-glass options here, and with only four bottles on the list, it's hard to know whether any of them are being poured by the glass at all. If they are, the rotation isn't going anywhere fast — this is about as static as a wine list gets.
Sparr Crémant d'Alsace Brut Rosé — $23
Crémant d'Alsace is chronically underrated and Sparr is a solid producer. At $23 a bottle, this is the most interesting thing on the list and the best argument for actually ordering wine here.
Argyle Blanc de Blancs Brut
Argyle is one of Oregon's best sparkling producers and this Blanc de Blancs punches well above its $30 price point. It's the only bottle here that hints at what a thoughtful wine program could look like.
Castello di Roncade Prosecco Treviso Brut
Nothing wrong with it, but Prosecco Treviso is the baseline of baseline — you can grab this tier at any grocery store. At a market hall with actual good food, you deserve to drink something more interesting.
Argyle Blanc de Blancs Brut + Charcuterie board
We don't have confirmed menu items, but a market hall almost certainly has cured meats and cheese. Oregon Blanc de Blancs has enough acidity and fine bubbles to cut through fat and salt without overwhelming anything on the board.
The Bottom Line
Provisions has good bones — fair prices, decent producers — but four sparkling wines is a novelty act, not a wine list. Come for the market, order a bottle of Argyle if you want bubbles, and don't expect anything more.

The Vintage punches above its weight for a mid-size Oregon city — the Wine Wednesday deal alone is worth the visit, and the cozy house setting makes it a natural for a low-key date night. We'd send a friend here without hesitation, especially on a Wednesday.

Territorial is a one-winery show that earns its confidence — the prices are shockingly fair for estate wine, the range is wider than the format suggests, and the Straw Wine alone is worth the detour. If you want to drink outside the usual restaurant wine playbook, Eugene's got your back.
