The wine list here reads like someone grabbed a shopping cart at Total Wine, checked out the bubbly aisle for good measure, and then tripled the prices. Twenty labels total, and half the bottle list is devoted to Champagne names you recognize from airport duty-free shops.
The still wine section is thin and producer-anonymous — we've got a Bartenura Pinot Grigio, a Notorious Pink Rosé, an Iris Zinfandel, and a Malbec, none of which are going to raise any eyebrows at a serious wine table. Regions are completely absent from the list; you're buying grape varieties, not places, which tells you everything about the philosophy here. The bubbly section is where the money lives: Korbel and Freixenet anchor the low end, then it's a hard jump to Moët, Veuve, and a Dom Pérignon 2012 clocking in at $1,395. At $275 a bottle, you're paying a rooftop premium for a Champagne literally designed to be poured over ice — which should tell you something about whether this list is built for wine lovers or Instagram moments.
Freixenet House Sparkling Cava Brut + Whatever small plates are on the rooftop menu
At $64, Cava is at least a reasonable sparkling choice that won't make you wince every time a glass gets poured — it's light, dry, and inoffensive enough to survive whatever's coming out of the kitchen.
The Bottom Line
The Rooftop at the Graham is a vibe destination, not a wine destination — the list is short on depth, long on brand recognition, and priced like the altitude adds flavor. Order a cocktail, enjoy the view, and save your wine budget for somewhere that earned it.
