Wingman Metrics
The Gaslight's wine list lands squarely in approachable fine-dining territory — 25 labels, nearly all available by the glass, priced in a range that won't cause a scene when the bill arrives. It's not adventurous, but it's not lazy either. This is a list built for people who want a good glass of wine with dinner, not a dissertation on terroir.
The list is organized cleanly across sparkling, white, rosé, and red, with the heaviest representation in California Cabernet and Pinot Noir. There's a nod to broader geography — Nik Weis brings Mosel Riesling, Rapaura Springs covers Marlborough, Tapiz represents Argentina with both a sparkling Malbec Rosé and the Alta Malbec — but don't expect anything from the Old World beyond those gestures. The Cremant de Loire is the most interesting bottle on the list and it sits alone in the bottle-only section at $66, which suggests someone here has at least a passing interest in something beyond the obvious. Gaps are real: no Italian reds, no Spanish anything, and the Burgundy aisle is completely empty.
Nineteen of the twenty-five labels are available by the glass, which is genuinely impressive for a list this size — you can basically drink your way through the entire program without committing to a bottle. Prices run $10 to $24 per glass, with most options clustered between $12 and $18. The Calling Pinot Noir tops out at $24/glass ($84/bottle), which is the priciest pour on the menu and worth noting before you order on autopilot.
The Bottom Line
The Gaslight is a reliable neighborhood wine program in a fine dining wrapper — fair prices, solid by-the-glass breadth, and a few quiet bright spots if you know where to look. It won't win any awards for discovery, but you're not going to get burned either. Order the Riesling, ask about the Cremant, and enjoy your evening.

North End Kitchen & Bar is a reliable neighborhood wine program that delivers exactly what it promises: recognizable bottles, nearly everything available by the glass, and zero risk of ordering something weird. The markups run steep across the board, and the list plays it entirely safe with zero Old World representation. Send your friends here if they want comfort — just nudge them toward the Benton-Lane and away from the Caymus.

Truth Be Told has built a tight, smart by-the-glass program that most restaurants in this zip code wouldn't dare attempt — two Sancerres, a Lagrein, and Aix Rosé at honest prices is not an accident. We don't know enough about the service or the food to give this a full endorsement, but if you're in Roswell and you want a real glass of wine without a bottle commitment, this list deserves your attention.

Amalfi is clearly a place people love for the food, the warmth, and the owner-led hospitality — and the wine list seems to know its supporting role. We don't have enough sourced detail on the wine program to make specific recommendations, so go in with reasonable expectations: solid Italian pours at fair prices, nothing adventurous. If the kitchen is this focused on the south Italian coast, we'd push whoever's working the floor toward something white and coastal to go with the Linguine alla Pescatora — and hope they can point you in the right direction.

Zest isn't trying to win any wine awards, and that's fine — the list is priced reasonably, pours freely by the glass, and covers the white-wine territory that makes the most sense with the food. If you're looking for a natural wine deep-dive or anything beyond California standards, you're at the wrong spot. But for a breezy Canton Street dinner, Kung Fu Girl Riesling in hand, you'll leave happy.

Downtown Roswell · Roswell · American
Canton St. Social is a solid neighborhood restaurant in historic downtown Roswell, and the wine program appears to be built for exactly that — supporting a good night out without overcomplicating things. We don't have enough sourced wine data to tell you what to order, which means your best move is to ask your server what's pouring well that night and go from there. Worth a visit for the food and atmosphere; the wine list is a work in progress as far as our research goes.

The Big Ketch Roswell keeps the wine program tightly scoped and mostly on-point for a seafood house — fair prices, smart regional picks, and a by-the-glass setup that rewards curious drinkers. It's not going to blow anyone away, but it's not going to embarrass you either. Send a friend here for the Vinho Verde and whatever's fresh on the menu.

Buckhead · Atlanta · Fine Dining
5Church Buckhead is a fine place to pop Champagne on someone else's card, but don't come here expecting a wine list that challenges or excites you. The markups are real, the selections are safe, and the by-the-glass program shows no signs of evolution — but it's executed competently enough that you won't be disappointed, just unsurprised. If you're celebrating, the sparkling section delivers. For everything else, order strategically.

Luna's is a genuinely pleasant place to have dinner, and the wine list won't embarrass anyone — but it's built for comfort, not discovery. If you're coming for the Chicken Marsala and a glass of something red in a nice room, you'll leave happy. If wine is the reason you're making the reservation, you may want to call ahead and ask what's actually on the list before you commit.
