Wingman Metrics
The Ashford's wine list is short at 15 labels, but it's priced honestly — nothing here is trying to rob you. The range skims across the expected categories without much adventure, but the $12–$20 glass pricing keeps things accessible without feeling like a cash grab.
The list covers the major bases — Prosecco, Provence rosé, a Sancerre, a couple of Cabs, Malbec, Tempranillo, and a Willamette Pinot Noir — but don't come looking for depth or discovery. The white side shows some genuine interest: La Lisse Chenin Blanc and the Eric Cottat Sancerre are solid picks that suggest someone made at least a few thoughtful calls. The red side leans heavily on crowd-pleasing California and Argentina, with the Beronia Rioja as the one real outlier worth noting. There are no bottle-only options beyond the sparkling and rosé category, which means the entire list doubles as a by-the-glass program.
Every wine on the list is available by the glass, which is either generous or a sign that bottles aren't moving — probably both. The $12 entry points (Pasqua Pinot Grigio, Harken Chardonnay) are honest pours for the price, and the $20 Sancerre is the ceiling if you want to stretch. Fifteen options by the glass at this price range is a legitimate win for casual dining.
The Bottom Line
The Ashford runs a tidy, unpretentious wine program that punches at roughly the weight you'd expect from a neighborhood New American spot. The pricing is fair, the Sancerre and Chenin Blanc suggest some real curation happened, and the all-glass format means you're never forced into a bottle. It won't move you, but it won't embarrass you either — which in Sandy Springs counts for something.

C&S Oyster Bar isn't trying to be a wine destination, but the list is smarter than it looks — well-matched to the seafood format, fairly priced, and fully available by the glass. If you're eating oysters in Sandy Springs and want something more interesting than a house white, this list will take care of you.

Pricci's wine list is the restaurant equivalent of a reliable business traveler — organized, presentable, and rarely offensive, but not the person you call for an adventure. The markup leans steep across the board, and the lack of a visible specials program means you're paying full retail every night. That said, the by-the-glass depth is real, and there are smart Italian picks hiding in the list if you ignore the Napa trophy bottles.

Le Bilboquet is a reliable French restaurant wine experience in a city that doesn't overflow with them — a focused, old-world-leaning list backed by actual staff knowledge. Pricing skews steep for the Buckhead zip code, so lean on the sommelier to find where the value hides. We'd send a friend here for a fun night, not a deep dive.

Cibo e Beve has a functional, crowd-pleasing wine list that serves its room well — but the markup on some bottles is hard to ignore, and the depth of Italian regionality you'd hope for at an Italian restaurant just isn't there. Grab the Gavi or the Verdicchio by the glass and call it a solid night.

Bacchanalia's wine program is doing something genuinely difficult: running a 35-option by-the-glass list with real range and intention inside a tasting menu format, priced at levels that don't feel punitive. The $20 Raventos and the $24 Carl Loewen Riesling are the kind of pours that make you trust the people who built this list. If you're eating in Atlanta and care about what's in your glass, this is the room.

Orchard City Kitchen's all-glass wine program is a smart move that forces the list to work harder — and mostly it does. The selection punches above its weight with picks from Talley, August West, Tablas Creek, and J. Lassalle sharing space with genuinely interesting European pours. If you're in San Jose and want to drink something more interesting than the usual Cab-or-Chardonnay binary, this list gives you real options.

Blossom & Bourbon's wine list is built for the broadest possible audience, and it delivers exactly that — comfortable, recognizable, inoffensive. If you're with a group and someone just wants a glass of Belle Glos Pinot Noir, this works. But there's little here that will surprise you or make you feel like the restaurant is working on your behalf as a wine drinker. Order the Pedroncelli Zinfandel if it's on the table, and temper expectations on value.

Selby's has one of the most ambitious by-the-glass programs in the South Bay — the Coravin reserve access alone puts it in a different tier from most of its peers. Pricing stretches steep at the top end, and we can't speak to service or staff knowledge from what we've seen, but the list itself is the work of someone who cares. If wine matters to your dinner, this belongs on your list.
