Wingman Metrics
Four wines. That's the list. Not four pages, not four regions — four wines, total. When you open the drink menu at THREE, the wine section takes up about as much real estate as a Post-it note, and it reads like someone was asked to order wine in a hurry and never revisited the question.
The lineup is exactly what you'd expect from a bar that treats wine as an afterthought: a Chardonnay, a Sauvignon Blanc, a Red Blend, and a House Champagne. No producers named, no regions identified, no vintage information anywhere in sight. This isn't a curated small list — it's the minimum viable wine program. There's no old world, no new world, no story being told here; just four placeholder categories dressed up as options.
Everything on the list is poured by the glass, which makes sense when there are only four things to pour. Prices land between $5 and $10 per glass, which is genuinely accessible — the House Champagne at $5/glass is a rare bright spot in terms of affordability. Rotation appears to be a foreign concept here; what you see is what you get, indefinitely.
The Bottom Line
THREE isn't trying to be a wine destination, and the list makes that abundantly clear. If you're here for cocktails or the bar scene, you're probably in the right place — but if wine matters to you even a little, this four-item lineup isn't going to do much for you. Order the House Champagne at $5, accept the situation for what it is, and move on.
Peachtree Hills · Atlanta · American / Bar
Taco Mac's wine list exists because legally it has to, not because anyone cared to build it. If you're here for the wings and the game, order a beer — that's what this place does well. The wine program is a Lazy List in every sense: overpriced for what's in the glass, staffed by a rotating crew unlikely to talk you through it, and assembled without a single interesting choice.

Atlanta · Atlanta · Better Burger
Yeah! Burger has no business having a wine list this considered, and that's exactly why it works. An all-organic, all-by-the-glass program priced between $5 and $9 at a fast-casual burger spot is the definition of a wild card. If you're in Atlanta and want a genuinely fun, low-stakes wine experience with zero pretension, this is it.

Atlanta · Atlanta · Vegan Soul Food
Bar Vegan isn't a wine destination — it's a vegan soul food bar with a short, functional list that serves the room. Some markups are hard to justify, and the list won't impress anyone who came in looking for something interesting. But the Black Girl Magic Red Blend and the J. Lohr bottle price show there's a little thought behind the selections. Come for the food and the vibe; the wine is just along for the ride.

Ponce City Market · Atlanta · Mexican
Minero isn't a wine destination — it's a taco and mezcal destination that happens to have a wine list worth a second look. The regional lineup suggests someone with actual taste curated this, which is more than you can say for most fast-casual Mexican spots. If you're here and not drinking mezcal, ask what's cold and crisp from Vinho Verde or Friuli country — your Fried Catfish Taco will thank you.

Monroe Drive · Atlanta · Neapolitan Pizza
Varuni Napoli's wine list is small but it's doing real work — Italian-leaning, fairly priced, and stocked with at least two bottles (the Aglianico and Falanghina) that prove somebody cared. It earns the Wild Card badge because finding a Brunello and an Aglianico at a neighborhood pizza spot is genuinely surprising. Come for the pizza, stay for a glass of something you wouldn't expect.

· Atlanta · Steakhouse
Clarks runs a leaner-than-average wine list for a steakhouse, but the curation punches above its size — the presence of the Normand Aligoté, the Juillot Pinot Noir, and the Pallières Grenache on the same list as Faust and Stag's Leap tells you the buyer has range. The full-list by-the-glass program at mostly fair markups makes this worth exploring beyond the obvious Cabernet order. If you're eating steak in Atlanta and want something more interesting than your usual Napa pour, this list rewards curiosity.

Sandy Springs · Sandy Springs · New American
Brooklyn Cafe's wine list is doing more than it has to for a Sandy Springs neighborhood restaurant — the white selections alone, from Rudi Pichler to Merry Edwards, show real editorial intent. Pricing transparency is a question mark without confirmed figures, and the glass program is a mystery we couldn't resolve. Worth a visit if you're eating in the area; just go in ready to ask questions.

· Eau Claire · New American
The Lakely is a genuinely likable neighborhood anchor in a hotel package that punches above its weight for Eau Claire. The wine program is modest and not fully transparent online, but the vibe, the food — that Friday fish fry especially — and the fair pricing keep this squarely in the worth-a-visit column. We'd go back for the burger and whatever's pouring by the glass. We'd hold off on building a whole evening around the wine list.

Decatur · Decatur · New American
Fork & Vine earns its Wild Card badge by doing something most casual New American spots don't bother with: stocking wines that require a little explanation and trusting their guests to be curious. Markup is fair, the by-the-glass selection is genuinely generous, and the list skews European in ways that reward adventurous drinkers. If you're eating in Decatur and want a glass of something you haven't had before, this is where to go.
