The wine list matches the room: ambitious enough to impress, but clearly priced for a crowd that's already loosened up at the casino floor. It's not a destination wine list, but it's not an embarrassment either.
The list leans on a predictable but reliable triangle of Italy, California, and France — which honestly fits the room. You've got Italian heavyweights like Antinori's Tignanello anchoring the high end, California crowd-pleasers like Caymus Cabernet and Far Niente Chardonnay doing the middle-market heavy lifting, and French prestige bottles like Krug showing up for the big spenders. There's a sommelier on staff, which you can feel in the organization and range — this isn't a list thrown together by a beverage manager who cares more about cocktail margins. That said, don't expect deep cuts into natural wine, grower Champagne, or anything off the beaten path — this list plays it safe with names people recognize.

Everyone at the table is ordering Caymus, which means the Tignanello is sitting there waiting for someone who actually wants to drink something interesting. This Super Tuscan blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc is in a completely different league — more structure, more complexity, and a better story than anything California is pouring in this zip code.
Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon
Caymus is fine. It's also everywhere, it's marked up aggressively in casino settings, and you can pick it up at Costco for $65. At a restaurant like this, you're almost certainly paying $120–$150 for the privilege of drinking a bottle that's become more brand than wine. There are better options on this list for the money.
Antinori Tignanello + House specialty pasta
Tignanello's Sangiovese backbone gives it the acidity to cut through rich, tomato-based pasta sauces, while the Cabernet component adds enough weight to hold up against meat-forward preparations. It's a classic Italian-American table move that actually makes sense on the palate, not just on paper.
