Wingman Metrics
The wine list here reads exactly like you'd expect from a national steakhouse chain — recognizable names, safe bets, nothing that'll surprise you. At 29 labels, all available by the glass, the approach is more 'broad accessibility' than 'serious wine program.' It's built for the table that wants a bottle of something familiar without having to think too hard.
The list leans heavily on California and New Zealand, with a few Oregon Pinot Noirs and some Italian sparkling to round things out. You've got Duckhorn Merlot from Napa and Sonoma-Cutrer Russian River Ranches Chardonnay holding down the prestige end, while mid-tier options like Siduri Willamette Valley Pinot Noir and Chalk Hill Russian River Valley Chardonnay offer a step up from the house pours. Red Bordeaux varieties, Spanish wines, and anything from South America or the Southern Rhône are completely absent — this list is not trying to educate you. The non-alcoholic options (two Giesen wines at $9/glass) are a notable and increasingly relevant addition for a steakhouse program.
The entire 29-label list is available by the glass, which is genuinely useful — you can mix and match across the table without committing to a bottle. Price range runs $9 to $35 a glass, with the Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Blue Label Champagne sitting at the top at $28. The range is wide enough to let you trade up without feeling forced into a corner.
The Bottom Line
Ruth's Chris West Palm Beach delivers exactly what the brand promises: a safe, accessible wine list built around familiar producers and crowd-pleasing styles. The all-by-the-glass format is a genuine plus, and a few selections like the Siduri Willamette Pinot and Chalk Hill Chardonnay are worth your time — but markups are steep and the list won't reward curiosity. If you're here for the steak, you'll find something to drink; just don't expect the wine to be the reason you came.

Florie's is a hotel wine program that tries harder than it has to, and that counts for something. The all-by-the-glass format is genuinely practical, the French selections show real taste, and a few pours — the Schloss Lieser, the Armand Heitz — would be highlights at any standalone wine bar. The markups are what they are: you're inside a Four Seasons. Go in with eyes open, order the Riesling, and let someone else order the Opus One.

· West Palm Beach · Hotel dining
This is not a wine destination, but it's a hotel wine list that actually made an effort — the Dauvissat Chablis and Pazo de Lusco Albariño alone put it ahead of most properties in its category. If you're staying here or dining through for convenience, you won't be stuck drinking plonk, but pricing is almost certainly hotel-inflated, so go in with eyes open and lean toward the selections that show range rather than the obvious crowd-pleasers.

Santucci runs a tight, Italy-focused wine list that rewards the curious — Etna wines, a real Barolo by the glass, a Sicilian Frappato at a fair price. Markup is reasonable across the board, and the all-pours-available-by-the-glass setup is a genuine differentiator in this price range. If you're eating Italian in West Palm Beach and you want to drink something more interesting than the Chianti default, this list earns your attention.

Del Mar is a Reliable pour in a city that doesn't always try that hard at wine — the Coravin program and the 34-glass lineup show real effort, and the Assyrtiko alone is worth the visit if you're ordering seafood. Markups on the California icons are steep, so steer toward the European picks and you'll drink well without feeling taken.

For a pizza and pasta spot, Elisabetta's glass program is legitimately ambitious — 60 options, fair pricing across the board, and enough obscure Italian varietals to reward the curious. We can't speak to staff knowledge or glassware quality from the available data, but if the execution on the floor matches the ambition on the list, this is one of the better wine spots in West Palm Beach, full stop. Go in, skip the Santa Margherita, and let someone at the table order the Brocard Chablis.

Sant Ambroeus Palm Beach is a reliable, if unambitious, wine experience — Italy and France, done cleanly, priced for Royal Poinciana Way. If you're here for the scene, the truffle pizza, and a glass of something Italian and uncomplicated, it delivers. Just don't come looking for value or discovery.

· Charlotte · Steakhouse
The Palm Charlotte's wine list is a six-bottle natural wine curio hiding inside a chain steakhouse, and it's more interesting than it has any right to be. The Crochet Sancerre at $23 alone is worth the detour. Don't expect breadth, staff guidance, or a by-the-glass program worth writing home about — but if you know what you're looking at, this short list punches well above its weight.

Riverwalk · San Antonio · Steakhouse
Brenner's on the Riverwalk punches above the average tourist-strip steakhouse — 159 labels with real dessert wine depth and some genuine international range is nothing to dismiss. Pricing is likely steep given the location, and the list skews traditional, but if you know what you're looking for, there's something worth ordering here. Go in with a plan, skip the obvious bottles, and don't leave without looking at the dessert wine section.

· Las Vegas · Steakhouse
Strip House's all-by-the-glass format is smart for a Vegas crowd that wants to explore without committing, and the list has more personality than most hotel steakhouses — the Testamatta and the Lingua Franca Chardonnay prove someone made actual choices here. Prices skew high at the top end, but the $15–$25 tier offers genuine quality. Come for the steak, stay for the glass pours, and skip the Kosta Browne unless the night calls for it.
