The heavy hitters are all here: Silver Oak Alexander Valley, Duckhorn Napa, and Leviathan cover the big red bases without much surprise. But the range extends further than most steakhouses bother with — Alexana's Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, Joseph Drouhin Bourgogne, and Domaine de la Villaudière Sancerre signal that someone put actual thought into the whites and lighter reds.
