Wingman Metrics
The wine list at Pita Central fits on a Post-it note — three options, all varietals you'd recognize from a gas station cooler. There's nothing wrong with keeping it simple, but this isn't simple by design; it's simple by indifference.
Three wines: a Chardonnay, a Cab, and a Merlot. No producers listed, no regions, no vintage — just the grape name floating there like a placeholder that never got filled in. It reads less like a curated program and more like someone called a distributor and said 'just send something.' There's no Old World, no local Colorado producers, no rosé, no white for the people eating hummus and falafel — which is a real miss given the food.
All three wines are available by the glass, priced between $8 and $12. That's the entire program — no bottles, no flights, nothing else. At $8 for a Chardonnay, the pricing is at least approachable.
The Bottom Line
Pita Central is here for the food, full stop — the wine list is an afterthought and everyone involved seems fine with that. Order a beer or a soft drink and save the wine for somewhere that cares.

InVINtions is a genuine neighborhood wine spot in a market that doesn't have enough of them — the staff enthusiasm and approachable format make it worth a visit even if we can't pin down every bottle. Go with an open mind and a friend who likes to try things; you'll leave happy.

Ladrón Cellars is doing something genuinely independent in Aurora — all house-made, a real range of varieties, and a concept that holds together. It earns a Wild Card because you won't find this kind of self-contained winery personality many places, and the Bien Nacido Chardonnay and Glen Rose Roussanne alone justify making the trip.
