Wingman Metrics
The wine list at P.F. Chang's ISB Corridor arrives looking confident — 27 labels, recognizable names, a glossy presentation. It's the kind of list that's been engineered by a corporate committee to offend no one and surprise no one. That's not a compliment, but it's not a death sentence either.
California dominates, as you'd expect: Rombauer and Sonoma-Cutrer for the Chardonnay crowd, The Prisoner and Caymus-Suisun's 'The Walking Fool' for the red blend faithful, and Stags' Leap for anyone who wants to feel like they're doing Napa on a Tuesday. There are gestures toward Europe — Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio, Whispering Angel Rosé, Moët Impérial — but they read more like greatest hits than genuine curation. Cloudy Bay shows up from Marlborough to cover the Sauvignon Blanc column, and that's about as adventurous as this list gets. No skin-contact wines, no grower Champagne, no real wildcards — just a solid wall of crowd-tested names.
Ten to fourteen pours depending on the night, covering the major grape categories without much overlap or surprise. The Kung Fu Girl Riesling is a smart pick for the food and deserves more attention than it typically gets at a table ordering Mongolian beef. Glass prices run $12–$18, which feels inflated given the retail cost of most of these bottles — La Marca Prosecco by the split at $11.50 on a $6 bottle is the kind of math that stings.
Kung Fu Girl Riesling — $11/glass
At $11 a glass on a bottle that retails for $13, the markup is still there, but Kung Fu Girl is legitimately one of the best wines on the list for the food. Off-dry, high-acid, and built for spice — it actually earns its keep against the Chang's spicy chicken in a way that Rombauer never will.
Caymus-Suisun 'The Walking Fool'
Most tables are going straight for The Prisoner or Stags' Leap, but the Caymus-Suisun 'Walking Fool' from Suisun Valley is a legitimate dark horse. Rich, structured, and from a region most people can't locate on a map — it's the most interesting red on a list that isn't trying very hard to be interesting.
La Marca Prosecco (split)
Eleven fifty for a split of La Marca — a bottle that runs $6 at Total Wine — is a 92% markup on a wine that already lives at the bottom of the sparkling hierarchy. If you want bubbles, spring for the Moët or just skip the glass entirely.
Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough + Lettuce Wraps
The Cloudy Bay's citrus snap and herbal edge cut right through the hoisin and give the chicken lettuce wraps a brightness that a buttery Chardonnay would completely smother. It's not a complicated pairing — it just works, and works well.
Monday — Many P.F. Chang's locations run half-price wine by the bottle on Mondays; the Daytona Beach ISB Corridor location follows the national program on most standard bottles — making pricier options like Stags' Leap Cabernet or The Prisoner suddenly reasonable.
✔️ The Bottom Line
P.F. Chang's ISB Corridor isn't a wine destination, but it's not an embarrassment either — especially on Monday when half-price bottles make The Prisoner or Stags' Leap an actual value play. Come for the lettuce wraps, drink the Riesling, and know what you're walking into.

BJ's is a perfectly fine place to drink craft beer — and we mean that sincerely. But the wine list is a placeholder, not a program, and the Ruffino Prosecco markup alone tells you everything you need to know about how seriously this kitchen takes the category. Come for the Pizookie, come for the beer, leave the wine glass empty.

The Cellar is one of Florida's most surprising wine lists — serious depth, marquee producers, and a genuine commitment to Italian and classic French selections that punches way above Daytona's weight class. Markup is aggressive across the board, but if you navigate toward the mid-tier Italian bottles, you'll drink very well.

Chart House Daytona Beach is a Reliable stop — the wine won't blow your mind, but it won't embarrass you either, and $8–$10 pours with a marina sunset is a deal worth taking. Order the El Coto, grab a window seat, and let the view do the heavy lifting.

Mama Foo Foo is carrying wines that have no business being this good for a waterfront bar in Daytona Beach, and that earns it a legitimate Wild Card. The markup keeps it from being a destination wine list, but if you're eating here anyway, skip the cocktail for once and dig into what's on that wine menu.

If it's Wednesday and you want cheap wine with your Lettuce Wraps, P.F. Chang's will get the job done — but there's no reason to come here for the wine program on any other night of the week. Order a cocktail and move on.

A French-focused wine list inside an upscale Pan-Asian restaurant in Media, Pennsylvania shouldn't work this well — and yet here we are. If you're within driving distance and you appreciate the idea of Alsatian Riesling with Peking duck, make the trip.

Genesis House is a genuinely surprising wine destination hiding inside a beautiful restaurant that most people visit for the food — the French-focused list is serious enough to reward curious drinkers, even if the markups and narrow regional range keep it from being a true destination pour. Come for the Alsace whites, stay for the view.
