Wingman Metrics
The wine list at P.F. Chang's Daytona Beach is exactly what you'd expect from a chain operating off a corporate PDF — familiar faces, no surprises, and zero regional personality. It's a list designed to move volume, not inspire curiosity. You're at a restaurant 200 yards from a NASCAR speedway, and the wine program has about as much edge as a pace car.
The list runs 25-35 labels, anchored almost entirely in California with a token nod to Italian whites. The regional focus is less a choice and more a default — California Pinot Noir and Pinot Grigio because that's what sells in every zip code from here to Scottsdale. There are no independent producers, no small-batch finds, and nothing that suggests anyone at a local level had input on what goes in the glass. Mark West Pinot Noir and Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio are the kinds of wines you find at a grocery store endcap, and that's basically the ceiling here.
You're looking at 10-14 pours by the glass, which is a decent count for a chain, but the selection is predictable top to bottom. The standout logistical move is Wine Wednesday, a chain-wide promotion with discounted pours and bottles — that's the one night this list makes any real sense to engage with. Outside of that, the by-the-glass pricing is standard chain markup, meaning you're paying restaurant prices for supermarket wine.
Mark West Pinot Noir (Wine Wednesday) — $6.99
On Wine Wednesday, this becomes the only real reason to order wine here. Mark West is a grocery-tier Pinot, but at the happy-hour glass price it's easy, food-friendly, and won't offend anyone at the table — and that's about as good as this list gets.
P.F. Chang's House Red
Branded house wines at chains usually signal rock bottom, but Chang's house pours are typically sourced at a drinkable level and priced lower than the name bottles. If you're splitting a bottle on a Wednesday, this is the low-key move — less embarrassing than paying chain markup on a label you could grab at Publix.
Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio
This wine retails for under $12 a bottle, and at P.F. Chang's you're paying restaurant markup on something that's a step above gas station wine. It's inoffensive, sure, but there's no world where it's worth the price unless it's Wednesday and it's half off.
Mark West Pinot Noir + Orange Chicken
The light body and low tannins on Mark West won't fight the sweet-savory glaze on the Orange Chicken — heavier reds would clash badly with that sauce. It's not a transcendent pairing, but it's the best available match on a list that wasn't built with food pairing in mind.
Wednesday — Chain-wide Wine Wednesday promotion featuring discounted bottles and/or glasses during Wednesday service. Exact Daytona Beach pricing details not publicly listed but mirrors the national P.F. Chang's Wine Wednesday structure.
❌ The Bottom Line
If it's Wednesday and you want cheap wine with your Lettuce Wraps, P.F. Chang's will get the job done — but there's no reason to come here for the wine program on any other night of the week. Order a cocktail and move on.
ISB Corridor · Daytona Beach · Asian
P.F. Chang's ISB Corridor isn't a wine destination, but it's not an embarrassment either — especially on Monday when half-price bottles make The Prisoner or Stags' Leap an actual value play. Come for the lettuce wraps, drink the Riesling, and know what you're walking into.

BJ's is a perfectly fine place to drink craft beer — and we mean that sincerely. But the wine list is a placeholder, not a program, and the Ruffino Prosecco markup alone tells you everything you need to know about how seriously this kitchen takes the category. Come for the Pizookie, come for the beer, leave the wine glass empty.

Azure is a place you go for the view and the seafood, not the wine list. If drinking well matters to your evening, order a cocktail or bring a bottle and pay the corkage.

Historic Magnolia Avenue · Daytona Beach · Italian
The Cellar is one of Florida's most surprising wine lists — serious depth, marquee producers, and a genuine commitment to Italian and classic French selections that punches way above Daytona's weight class. Markup is aggressive across the board, but if you navigate toward the mid-tier Italian bottles, you'll drink very well.

Chart House Daytona Beach is a Reliable stop — the wine won't blow your mind, but it won't embarrass you either, and $8–$10 pours with a marina sunset is a deal worth taking. Order the El Coto, grab a window seat, and let the view do the heavy lifting.

Mama Foo Foo is carrying wines that have no business being this good for a waterfront bar in Daytona Beach, and that earns it a legitimate Wild Card. The markup keeps it from being a destination wine list, but if you're eating here anyway, skip the cocktail for once and dig into what's on that wine menu.

P.F. Chang's New Braunfels isn't a wine destination, but if you know what to order, you won't be stuck drinking something bad. Stick to the by-the-glass whites, avoid the trophy-label markups, and you'll have a fine night.

P.F. Chang's McAllen isn't a destination for wine lovers, but the list is thoughtfully assembled for what it is — a chain that actually considered food-pairing when building it. Order a Riesling, get the Lettuce Wraps, and adjust your expectations accordingly.

P.F. Chang's wine list won't win any awards, but it's doing exactly what it needs to do for a busy suburban dinner crowd. Don't come here for a wine experience — but don't write it off either, especially if you know what to order.
