Wingman Metrics
The wine list at Park 75 is not what you expect from a Four Seasons property — and that's not a bad thing. Seven selections, all by the glass, all skewing toward dessert and fortified territory. If you walked in expecting a 200-label cellar, recalibrate fast.
This is essentially a curated dessert wine program, not a full list. You've got Sauternes from Château Les Justices, two Banyuls expressions (La Tour Vieille and M. Chapoutier), a pair of Tawny Ports spanning 20 and 40 years, a non-alcoholic Blanc de Blanc from Odd-Bird, and the wildcard: Vilmart & Cie Ratafia Chardonnay, which is a Champagne-region mistelle that most people have never heard of. The regional focus is tight — Southern France, the Douro, and one curveball from Champagne country. Don't come here looking for a Cab or a Burgundy; that's not what this list is doing.
All seven selections are by the glass, priced between $12 and $22. That range is reasonable for what's being poured — the Quinta do Noval 40-Year Tawny at $20/glass is a legitimately serious pour at a price that doesn't embarrass itself. The Odd-Bird Blanc de Blanc at $12 gives non-drinkers a real option instead of sparkling water and apologies.
The Bottom Line
Park 75's wine list is a one-trick pony, but it's a very good trick — if you're here for dessert or a post-dinner digestif, the fortified and sweet wine selection punches above its weight. Don't bring someone who needs a Chardonnay with dinner, but absolutely bring someone who appreciates a 40-year Tawny or wants to try a Banyuls for the first time.

Amalfi's wine list is functional, Italy-adjacent, and markedly overpriced relative to what's in the glass — that $51 floor on bottles is doing a lot of heavy lifting for producers that retail well below that. The 29 by-the-glass options are genuinely useful for a group with mixed tastes, and a few smart picks (the Brancaia Tre, the Ferrari Brut) keep this from being a total write-off. Send a friend here for dinner without hesitation, but tell them to order the Brancaia and skip the Pinot Grigio upcharge.

Necessary Purveyor earns points for the food — the mile-high mortadella sandwich alone is worth the trip — but the wine program hasn't quite caught up to the ambition of the dinner service. If you're going for lunch, don't sweat the wine list at all. If you're coming for dinner and wine matters to you, call ahead and ask what's pouring; you deserve to know before you sit down.

Trattoria Lucia isn't trying to be a wine destination, but it's also not treating wine as an afterthought — and in a neighborhood spot operating at this price point, that distinction matters. The Italian-only regional focus gives it credibility. We'd want verified glass prices and a confirmed pour list before making stronger recommendations, but as a neighborhood go-to for cacio e pepe and a glass of something Sicilian, Lucia earns the visit.

Beso Buckhead is a wine list that punches a little above its size, mostly because whoever built it had the sense to include the Txakoli and lean toward lesser-known producers alongside the crowd pleasers. Markups in the Champagne section are hard to defend, but the by-the-glass program is wide enough that you can drink well without getting gouged. If you're here for a fun glass of something unexpected, the Txakoli is your move.

Spaceman is unambiguously a cocktail bar with a wine list stapled on — and the wine list reflects that priority honestly, if not flatteringly. Markups are steep across the board, the selection is unadventurous, and there's no evidence of anyone on staff who loses sleep over the Riesling selection. Come for the view and the Spaceman Old Fashioned; if you're ordering wine, stick to the Whitehaven and enjoy the skyline.

Habitat's wine list is a shortcut, not a program — thirteen labels, predictable producers, and Champagne markups that feel disconnected from the rest of the dining experience. The Dom J Laurens is a genuinely good find buried in an otherwise unremarkable lineup, but one good pick doesn't make a wine destination. Stick to cocktails unless you're specifically hunting that Crémant.

Knife and Stone isn't trying to be a wine destination, but it's doing more with 28 labels than plenty of restaurants do with 80. The by-the-glass program is genuinely underdeveloped — two pours at $7 is better than nothing, but barely — and without more information on staff knowledge or service, we can't promise someone will guide you well. What we can say: if you're in Newnan and want a real bottle of wine with a fine dining meal, this list won't let you down.

Fellaship.ATL's wine list is one of the thinnest we've seen at a restaurant positioning itself as fine dining — five anonymous wines with no producers, no regions, and vintages that suggest the list hasn't been touched in years. The pricing won't break you, but there's genuinely no reason to think hard about what to order. Stick to cocktails and check back if they ever decide to invest in the program.

Boone's is a steakhouse built on consistency and occasion, and the wine program almost certainly reflects that: safe, classic, and priced for a room where nobody's splitting the tab. We'd love to dig into a full sourced list before making specific bottle calls — until then, come for the dry-aged ribeye, bring someone else's credit card, and don't expect the wine list to be the reason you return.
