The wine list at Outback Biloxi is exactly what you expect before you even open it — a laminated insert tucked inside the main menu, built by a corporate committee in Tampa. There's nothing offensive here, but nothing surprising either. This list wasn't curated; it was approved.
The lineup reads like a greatest hits of grocery store shelving: Apothic Red Blend, Mirassou Pinot Noir, Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio, Sutter Home White Zinfandel. Australia shows up with Jacob's Creek, Wolf Blass Yellow Label, and Penfolds Shiraz — solid names that deserve better company. The one nod toward something real is La Crema Pinot Noir and The Federalist Cabernet, both of which are legitimate bottles stranded in an otherwise uninspiring lineup. There are no real regional deep-dives, no small producers, and no sense that anyone shopping for this list had fun doing it.
You're looking at 12–18 pours by the glass, which sounds generous until you realize half of them are Apothic, Chloe Rosé, and White Zinfandel. The pour program skews heavily toward sweet and approachable, which tracks for a casual chain — but if you want something dry and food-worthy with your sirloin, your options narrow fast. House pours run $6–$9, which is fair; anything worth drinking by the glass starts closer to $12–$15.
La Crema Pinot Noir, California — $15
La Crema punches well above the rest of this list. It's a legitimate producer with consistent, food-friendly Pinot that won't embarrass itself next to the Prime Rib. At glass price, it's the most honest pour on the menu.
Penfolds Shiraz, Barossa Valley, Australia
Most people ordering Shiraz here are going straight for Jacob's Creek out of habit. That's a mistake. Penfolds Barossa is a different conversation entirely — more structured, more serious, and worth the few extra dollars if it's available on the night menu.
Apothic Red Blend, California
Apothic is designed to taste like dessert and cost almost nothing at retail. Paying restaurant markup for a bottle you can grab at Walgreens for $9 is a bad deal by any measure. Skip it.
14 Hands Cabernet Sauvignon, Washington + Outback Special Sirloin
14 Hands is a soft, approachable Washington Cab with enough dark fruit and mild tannin to hold up to a grilled sirloin without overwhelming it. It's not a complex pairing, but it's the most competent one this list allows.

Outback Biloxi's wine list is a corporate artifact — predictable, overmarked, and built for people who aren't really thinking about wine. If you're here for the steak, order the La Crema or Penfolds and move on; just don't come expecting anything more than that.
