Wingman Metrics
The wine list at OneDayinParis is exactly four options long — and somehow that feels like a statement rather than an oversight. No filler, no obligatory Malbec, no Kendall-Jackson hiding in the corner. Just four French pours that actually make sense together.
This is a hyper-focused, all-France-by-the-glass program, and it earns respect for its discipline. You've got Loire (Sancerre 2022), Burgundy (Chablis Premier Cru 2021), the Southern Rhône (Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2020), and bubbles (Champagne Brut) — essentially a greatest-hits tour of French wine regions in four stops. There are no reds from Bordeaux, no Alsace whites, no Beaujolais, and if you want a second opinion you're out of luck. But what's here is legitimate: a Premier Cru Chablis and a CdP by the glass are not things you see at the average Alpharetta bistro.
All four wines are available by the glass, priced between $18 and $24. The range is narrow but the quality floor is unusually high for a list this short — you're not being asked to choose between a Premier Cru and a house plonk, because there is no house plonk here.
The Bottom Line
OneDayinParis is doing something uncommon in the suburbs: saying no to everything that doesn't belong. A four-wine list sounds like a limitation, but when the four wines are Sancerre, Premier Cru Chablis, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and Champagne at reasonable prices, it reads more like confidence. If you want range, look elsewhere — if you want a focused, well-chosen French glass with your dinner, this is a genuine find in Alpharetta.

· Alpharetta · Steakhouse
The Butcher and Bottle isn't trying to be a wine destination — it's a steakhouse with a sensible, well-priced list that keeps things moving. The near-total by-the-glass program is genuinely smart, and the pricing is fairer than most places in this category. If you want adventure, look elsewhere; if you want a reliable Cab with your ribeye at a price that won't ruin the evening, this works.

CRU is a perfectly serviceable wine bar if you like California classics and don't mind paying for the reputation on the label. The list won't surprise you, and that's exactly the point — but don't come here looking for natural wine, deep Burgundy, or anything that requires a passport beyond Napa Valley. If you're in Alpharetta and want a glass of Silver Oak without a long drive, CRU delivers.

Connors is a reliable steakhouse wine list that does its job without embarrassing itself or dazzling anyone. The by-the-glass count is a genuine bright spot, markups are steep but consistent with the category, and the selection covers the bases its clientele expects. Send a friend here if they want a solid glass of California Cab with their ribeye — just don't send them expecting anything they haven't already seen.

· Alpharetta · Wine and Cigar Bar
Wine Me Down earns points for carving out a genuinely different kind of night out in Alpharetta — cigars, hookah, and wine together in one stylish room is not a combination you find everywhere in the suburbs. But until we can get a real look at the wine list with actual bottles and prices, we can't send you here specifically for the wine. Go for the atmosphere, bring cash for the cigars, and keep your wine expectations flexible.

Fermented Flight Club is doing something genuinely unusual in the Atlanta suburbs: building a wine program around obscurity as a feature, not a flaw. If you've ever wanted to try Nascetta, Marzemino, or a co-fermented red-white without flying to Italy or paying fine-dining prices, this is your spot. We'd send a curious friend here without hesitation — and tell them to let the Four Blind flight humble them a little.

Alpharetta · Alpharetta · Modern Italian
Colletta's wine list punches well above its suburban strip-mall expectations — an all-Italian program with genuine depth in whites and a sparkling section worth lingering over. The markup is honest, the by-the-glass count is generous, and the producers skew toward the interesting rather than the obvious. If you're eating here, skip the red and let the white Italian side of the list do the work.

L'Antoinette is doing something genuinely surprising in Milton — a Bordeaux-focused wine list with real producers, fair bottle prices, and enough by-the-glass options to make a solo diner feel taken care of. We'd send a friend here specifically for the wine, and that's not something we say about many suburban French spots.

F & B earns its keep as a reliable by-the-glass destination — 46 pours by the glass is a legitimately useful feature, and there are smart picks buried in a list that otherwise feels like it was curated for people who only want to order what they already know. Markups run steep, especially at the top end, and the French restaurant identity isn't really reflected in the wine list. If you're eating here, go for the Chablis or the Scharffenberger, skip the Bordeaux splurge, and enjoy the flexibility.

Pascal's Bistro earns its keep as a reliable neighborhood wine stop — nothing flashy, but the regional range is appropriate and the Wednesday $6 wine promotion is the kind of deal that quietly makes a restaurant a regular habit. We'd send a friend here for a midweek dinner without hesitation, and encourage them to call ahead and ask what's pouring by the glass that night.
