The list covers the classic bases — Prosecco, Sauv Blanc, Chardonnay, Rosé, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cab — without doubling up on anything, which is actually a hard edit to pull off at eight labels. The standout is the Vino Moto Sangiovese Blend NV, a house label that signals someone behind this operation actually cares.
