The regional lean toward France is the right instinct for a menu built around steak tartare, escargot, and coq au vin, but without sourced list data we can't confirm the depth behind that instinct. A French-focused program in this kind of room tends to go Burgundy-lite and Bordeaux-safe — the approachable hits that upsell easily in a nightlife setting. Whether they've pushed into Rhône, Loire, or anything with actual terroir personality, we genuinely don't know. The format here — late-night energy, EDM beats, small plates — typically breeds a short, low-maintenance list, not a deep cellar.
