Wingman Metrics
The wine list at La Grande Boucherie Miami reads less like a restaurant program and more like a grower Champagne manifesto. Sixty-two labels, and a staggering portion of them are bubbles — ranging from an approachable $90 Devant Brut up to a $1,200 Egly-Ouriet Grand Cru Millésime that exists mostly to make a point. If you came here for a diverse, globe-trotting bottle list, you are in the wrong room.
The Champagne section is genuinely impressive — Larmandier-Bernier, Famille Moussé, Denis Chaput, Egly-Ouriet, Paul Bara — these are not names you find at your average steakhouse. The grower Champagne depth is real, with strong representation across blanc de blancs, blanc de noirs, and rosé categories spanning multiple subregions. Beyond Champagne, the list thins out fast: a pair of Chablis bottles (one village, one grand cru) hint at broader Burgundy ambitions that never materialize, and the rest of the French white and red selection is listed but thin on detail in available data. If you are not a Champagne person, this list will feel like it wasn't built for you.
By-the-glass options are not documented in the available data, so we can't tell you what's being poured off the menu tonight. Given the bottle-heavy structure and price floor starting at $90, this does not look like a program engineered around the glass pour. Worth asking your server directly — and tempering expectations.
The Bottom Line
La Grande Boucherie Miami is a Champagne list wearing a restaurant costume — deep on grower producers, light on everything else, and priced like it knows it has you cornered. If you are here specifically to dig into a blanc de noirs from the Côte des Bar or split a bottle of Larmandier-Bernier ($190/bottle) over dinner, this is genuinely one of the more interesting Champagne programs in Miami. Everyone else should order the Chablis and move on.

· Miami · Seafood Steakhouse
Truluck's Miami isn't a wine destination — it's a seafood restaurant that happens to have eight wines on a menu. If you're here for stone crab or a special occasion dinner, you'll find something adequate to drink, but you won't find anything to get excited about. Order a cocktail or bring your own expectations down a notch.

Coral Gables · Miami · Italian
An Italy-first list built around Piedmont and Tuscany, with a four-vintage Burlotto Barolo vertical, three vintages of Sassicaia and a 16-bottle Brunello section plus special-vintage Brunellos. Start with a Coravin pour or a quartino, then ask for bottle prices, because this version of the list posts none and carries no printed date. This unrated guide covers the posted wine list, not service, storage or markups.
Miami · Miami · Italian
A long, Italian-first list where Barbaresco, Barolo and Brunello each get their own block and several producers list multiple older vintages. If you want a safe Tuscan red by the glass, ask for the Castello di Volpaia Chianti Classico 2020; if you want something stranger, ask about the Zidarich Vitovska, and ask the price either way because none is posted. This unrated guide covers the posted wine list, not service, storage or markups. The list carries no printed date, so confirm current availability.
Jungle Island · Miami · Mediterranean Beach Club
A glass-first list with a top end that reaches Barolo at $29 a glass and Dom Pérignon at $95. Order the Bico da Ran Albariño with the Grilled Octopus, or ask about Sunset Hour for the $8 AIX Rosé: its menu says Monday through Friday, 4 to 7 pm at the bar and lounge, but the homepage lists Tuesday as closed and the Beach Lounge as closed Monday and Tuesday, so check before you go. Confirm prices before you go, since the PDFs carry no printed date. This unrated guide covers the posted glass list and Sunset Hour menu, not service, storage or markups.
Edgewater · Miami · Latin, South American
This is a list built around the glass page and a deep bottle section, with Argentina and Uruguay getting real space next to Burgundy and Bordeaux. Start with the $20 El Enemigo Malbec or the $19 Garzón Albariño by the glass, and confirm current prices before you order. This unrated guide covers the posted list, not service, storage or markups.
Midtown · New York · French Brasserie
La Grande Boucherie earns its place as a reliable stop for wine in Midtown, especially if you're leaning French. The glass list is genuinely wide and has some smart picks buried in it — the Fleurie and the Wiemer Riesling both punch above their price points. Markups trend steep as you climb the bottle list, so your money works hardest in the by-the-glass section. If you're here for the brasserie experience, the wine program holds up its end of the deal.

· Chicago · French Brasserie
La Grande Boucherie Chicago posts a French-led list with glass and bottle prices side by side, plus a numbered bottle list that runs from Champagne to Burgundy, the Rhône and Napa. Order the Bouvet Crémant at $60 a bottle with the Plateau de Fruits de Mer, or try the Alsace Pinot Blanc at $64 if you want a white that isn't Sancerre. The menu page is undated, so confirm prices before you order. This unrated guide covers the posted lists, not service, storage or markups.
· Kirkland · French Brasserie
Le Grand is doing something genuinely thoughtful inside a tight 21-bottle format — the bubbly selection alone beats most full-sized lists in the area, and the pricing stays honest throughout. Send a friend here, tell them to skip the Rombauer, and work their way through the glass pours.
