The wine list lands on the table feeling like a serious document, not an afterthought, and it's immediately clear this kitchen and wine program are speaking the same language. This is what a resort restaurant can be when the people running it actually care.
The list is anchored hard in Willamette Valley — Beaux Frères, Ken Wright Cellars, Shea Wine Cellars — and earns that regional pride without becoming parochial. Washington, California, Burgundy, Northern and Southern Rhône, Spain, and Italy round things out, meaning you can chase a Chablis or a Spanish red without the list feeling like it wandered off-theme. The 2019 Les Allées Du Vignoble Chablis showing up alongside Oregon Pinot is exactly the kind of curatorial intelligence that separates a real wine program from a beverage menu. Gaps are minimal at this scale; this is genuinely one of the deeper and more thoughtful lists in the Pacific Northwest.
Twenty-five still and sparkling pours by the glass is a serious commitment, plus twenty dessert-style options and five curated flights — this is more by-the-glass infrastructure than most full wine bars bother with. If you can get this during the daily happy hour at half price on a qualifying bottle, it's a no-brainer — Lemelson is one of the Willamette's more undersung producers and 'Thea's' consistently punches above its tier.
2019 Les Allées Du Vignoble Chablis
Most people at JORY are here for Oregon Pinot, and understandably so — but this Chablis is a quiet sleeper on the list. Mineral-driven and food-friendly in a way that most whites on wine-country lists aren't, it's the move if you're starting with seafood or a lighter first course.
California selections (generic tier)
With 800 labels tilted toward Oregon and serious Old World, the California entries feel like they exist to satisfy a checkbox rather than a vision. Your money travels further almost anywhere else on this list — stay in the Willamette or go Burgundy.
Beaux Frères Pinot Noir + House-made pasta with regional produce

If you're touring Willamette Valley and want a meal that feels local rather than curated-for-visitors, this is the stop. We'd send a friend here for the lamb-and-beef burger and whatever Pinot is pouring by the glass — just don't expect the wine list to be the main event the way the vineyards down the road are.

We'd love to see the full list and glass pour lineup before rating it higher, but for a wine-country dinner with attentive staff and proper storage, this is a reliable bet. Go in with questions ready — the staff apparently knows how to answer them.
