The list is short at 13 labels, heavily Washington-focused, and reads like something a knowledgeable bartender curated on a lunch break. No pretense, no padding with Kendall-Jackson filler, which is a genuine relief for a roadhouse tavern.
The list skews local and sensibly so — you've got Gorman, Mark Ryan, J. Bookwalter, and Latta Wines all represented, which means this isn't some afterthought wine program slapped together with grocery store brands. The reds lean toward big, approachable Washington-style bottles: Cabernet blends, a Super Tuscan from Gorman with one of the best wine names in the state, and a Bookwalter Merlot that keeps things grounded. Nine Hats Chardonnay
Nothing wrong with it exactly, but Nine Hats is a commodity label made at volume. With the Chateau Ste. Michelle Cold Creek Chardonnay sitting right next to it — a single-vineyard wine from one of the state's most storied sites — there's no reason to settle.
Gorman Winery 'Take the Gun, Leave the Cannoli' Super Tuscan Blend + Burger
A Godfather-referencing Super Tuscan blend from Gorman — a cult Woodinville producer — eaten alongside a tavern burger is exactly the kind of casual-meets-serious moment this place was built for. The Sangiovese backbone in the blend cuts through fat without fighting the beef.

Hollywood Tavern isn't a destination wine stop, but it's a damn solid place to drink well between winery visits. The Washington-focused list is honest, the value is real, and the Gorman and Latta pours alone justify the stop.
