The wine list at Casa Tios fits on a cocktail napkin — and honestly, that might be the right format for it. Twelve options, zero producers named, all priced at a flat $6 a glass. It's not a wine list so much as a wine acknowledgment.
What's here reads like someone checked a box labeled 'wine program' and called it a day. Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Moscato, White Zinfandel — no producers named, no regions specified, no vintages. The only curveball is a Champagne option at $6 a glass, which raises more questions than it answers. The sangrias — Red and White at $22 a pitcher — are probably the most honest expression of what this wine list wants to be.
All twelve options are available by the glass, which sounds impressive until you realize the entire list IS the by-the-glass list. At $6 flat across the board, expectations should be calibrated accordingly — these are house pours designed to get wine to the table, not to inspire conversation.
Red Sangria — $22
If you're going to drink wine at a Mexican restaurant in Murfreesboro, lean into the format. The sangria pitcher is the most honest and food-friendly option on the list, and at $22 it's built for the table.
Prosecco
At $6 a glass with tacos in front of you, a cold Prosecco is low-stakes and high-refreshment. It's not on anyone's radar here, which makes it the quiet right answer.
Champagne
A $6 glass of 'Champagne' at a casual Mexican spot is doing a lot of marketing work for a pour that almost certainly isn't actual Champagne. Save the word for something that earns it.
White Sangria + Fish Tacos
White Sangria's citrus and light sweetness work with the brightness of fish tacos in the same way a cold beer would — no overthinking required.

Casa Tios is a Mexican restaurant that serves wine because people ask for it, not because anyone here is passionate about it. Order the margarita, or lean into the sangria — and save your serious wine night for somewhere else.
