The wine list at Boca Tacos y Tequila fits on a napkin — because it basically is one. Three options: House White, House Red, and a Bubbly. That's it. The name of this place tells you everything you need to know about where the real love lives here, and it isn't in the wine program.
There are no producers named, no regions listed, no varietals called out — just three anonymous pours hiding behind the words 'house' and 'bubbly.' We have no idea if the white is a Chardonnay from California or a Pinot Grigio from who-knows-where, and frankly, neither does the menu. For a taco spot, this is perfectly understandable — but it means wine drinkers are flying completely blind. If you care at all about what's in your glass, this list offers exactly zero information to help you.
All three wines on the list are by the glass, so technically the entire wine program is a by-the-glass program. At $8 for the Bubbly and $12 for the House White and Red, the pricing is fair enough that you won't feel robbed — but you also won't know what you're drinking. Three pours, zero transparency.
The Bottom Line
Boca is clearly a tequila and cocktail destination first, and the wine program reflects that — it's an obligation, not a passion. Come for the tacos and the agave spirits, and leave the wine glass at home.
