The white wine program leans hard into California, with Chardonnay doing most of the lifting: Far Niente, Kistler, Jordan, Rombauer, Chateau Montelena, and Cakebread all make appearances, which is a respectable Napa/Sonoma lineup for a steakhouse crowd. Sauvignon Blanc gets an unusually thorough section — Merry Edwards, Craggy Range, Stags' Leap, and Cakebread show up alongside Rodney Strong and Beringer, which gives guests some range from the serious to the approachable. What's missing is any meaningful Old World presence — if you want Burgundy, Barolo, or even a Rhône to go with your ribeye, you're going to have to look elsewhere.
