Walk in expecting a generic suburban wine bar and get something with actual opinions — the list opens with four different sparkling options by the glass, which tells you immediately that whoever built this program cares about bubbles more than most. It's a tight 61-label list, but the curation shows restraint over padding. This isn't someone dumping shelf-fillers on a menu.
The list skews California-heavy on the reds and whites, leaning on crowd-friendly producers like PlumpJack and Earthquake while sneaking in genuinely interesting finds like the Quivira Rosé of GSM and Eberle Viognier from Paso. The sparkling section is where things get interesting — you've got Crémant from Bordeaux, Alsace, and Jura alongside a Franciacorta, which is an unusually thoughtful European bubbles spread for Henderson, Nevada. The red side plays it safer — Cabernet, Merlot, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir — solid choices but nothing that's going to make your jaw drop. A few more Old World bottles on the red side would round this out nicely.
Sixteen options by the glass is a strong pour count for a list this size, and the range actually earns it — you can go from a $10 Jeio Prosecco to an $18 Eberle Viognier without hitting a dead zone. The PlumpJack Merlot at $28/glass is the outlier that feels a bit out of proportion with everything else on the list. Rotation isn't confirmed, but the spread as-is covers most moods competently.
Hermans Story Diamonds in Space Cabernet Sauvignon — $13/glass
Diamonds in Space is a legit Paso Robles Cab that usually commands more respect than its price suggests — $13 a glass for this is a genuine win when the PlumpJack next to it is asking $28.
Domaine Baud Crémant du Jura Brut
Crémant du Jura is criminally underappreciated — made in the traditional method from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in one of France's quirkiest wine regions, and it offers a Champagne-adjacent experience at a fraction of the ego. At $29 a bottle, most people will walk right past it. Don't.
PlumpJack Merlot
PlumpJack is a fine producer but $28 a glass is a steep ask when bottles of this sit around $35-40 retail — you're paying a heavy premium for name recognition. Better options exist on this very list for a third of the price.
Quivira Rosé of GSM + A charcuterie or cheese board
A GSM rosé from Dry Creek Valley has the structure to cut through cured meats and the brightness to play nice with soft cheeses — it's built for exactly this kind of casual grazing situation, and at $12 a glass it won't require a second thought.
The Bottom Line
Azzurra punches above its Henderson address, especially on bubbles — this is the kind of thoughtful small list that rewards people who actually read it. We'd send a friend here without hesitation, as long as they stay away from the $28 Merlot.

Twin Peaks Henderson is a sports bar — a good one, by all accounts — and you should treat it like one. Drink the beer, it's served ice cold and that's the whole idea. The wine list is an afterthought, and ordering from it feels like asking a bounce house rental company for fine dining recommendations.
