The Wine List

Arnette's Chop Shop is a modern American steakhouse from the Word of Mouth Restaurants group, the same ownership behind Valenza and Haven. The restaurant features 35-day dry-aged USDA Prime cuts, hearth-roasted shellfish, and caviar service, with steaks running from a New York Strip ($69) to an Old World Tomahawk ($170). The wine list is described and designed to complement bold beef, which in steakhouse language means expect Napa Cabs, big Bordeaux, and a Champagne selection. The same ownership group that built Valenza's Italian cellar with Sassicaia and Ornellaia curates this list, so quality is not in question.

Why Reliable

The wine expertise behind Arnette's is legitimate, backed by the same group that stocks Tignanello and Krug at Valenza. But the full list is not publicly posted, and steakhouse wine programs tend toward big markup on familiar Napa names. With 2,600+ reviews and a 4.7 Exceptional rating, the dining experience delivers. The wine program is likely very good but unverified at the bottle level. We will update when we get a full list in hand.

✔️ The Bottom Line

Arnette's Chop Shop serves dry-aged Prime beef with a wine list curated by the same group behind Valenza's Italian cellar. The pedigree is there. Full list details pending.
