RagingWine reviewed 1919 Kitchen & Tapβs wine list and gave it The Wild Card β RagingWineβs Vibe-Check rating. How RagingWine reviews wine lists β
Wingman Metrics
You're eating inside Lambeau Field β let that sink in β and somehow the wine list isn't a disaster. Ten labels, all available by the glass, at prices that won't make you choke on your cheese curds. The real surprise is that Wisconsin's own Wollersheim Winery shows up four times, which either means someone here has local pride or the distributor rep had a very good Thursday.
The list splits its time between predictable crowd-pleasers β Kim Crawford and Proverb Cab are basically the Dave Matthews Band of wine lists β and a genuinely interesting run of Wollersheim bottles from nearby Prairie du Sac. That Wollersheim Prairie FumΓ© Seyval Blanc is the kind of regional oddity you'd never expect to see at a 70,000-seat NFL stadium, and the Scarlet FumΓ© Red Blend is worth a look if you're curious what Wisconsin red wine actually tastes like. New Zealand and California anchor the international side, but don't come here expecting any Old World depth β there's not a single European producer on the list.
All ten bottles pour by the glass, which is genuinely useful and frankly better than most sports venues where your options are "house red" or "house white" from a box. Glass pours run $11β$14, which is aggressive value for an upscale-casual room inside an NFL stadium. No rotation to speak of β this list reads like it was set and laminated β but at least what's there is priced honestly.
Wollersheim Riesling Wisconsin β $12/glass
A Wisconsin Riesling inside Lambeau Field for $12 a glass is the most Green Bay thing imaginable, and it actually delivers β bright, slightly off-dry, and a total conversation starter at the table. At $36 a bottle it's an easy split with the table.
Wollersheim Prairie FumΓ© Seyval Blanc Wisconsin
Seyval Blanc is a French-American hybrid grape that almost nobody outside of Midwest wine country has ever tried β and ordering it at an NFL stadium is the most unexpected power move on this list. It's crisp, a little earthy, and genuinely different from the Sauvignon Blancs next to it on the menu.
Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc New Zealand
At $32 a bottle it's not gouging, but Kim Crawford is available at every grocery store in America for $14. You're already doing something weird by drinking wine at Lambeau β at least make it interesting.
Wollersheim Scarlet FumΓ© Red Blend Wisconsin + Smoked Brisket
The Scarlet FumΓ© is light-bodied and slightly smoky on its own β put it next to a plate of smoked brisket and the two meet in the middle in the best way. It's also a story: Wisconsin wine with Wisconsin beef, eaten inside the most Wisconsin building on earth.
Wednesday β Half-price bottles of wine every Wednesday, promoted as a weekly feature alongside other midweek specials on the official site. At already-fair bottle prices, this is a legitimate deal.
π² The Bottom Line
You're not going to 1919 Kitchen & Tap for a wine pilgrimage, but if you're already there to worship at the altar of the Green and Gold, the Wednesday half-price bottle deal and the Wollersheim pours make this a genuinely pleasant surprise. Send a friend here β just temper their expectations and steer them away from the Kim Crawford.
East River / De Pere Road Corridor Β· Green Bay Β· Classic American Supper Club / Steak and Seafood
The English Inn's wine list isn't going to win any awards, but it's priced honestly, covers the bases for a classic steak-and-seafood crowd, and that Tawny Port alone is worth the trip. Send your supper club-loving friends here without hesitation β just don't send the natural wine obsessives.

Come to Sushi Lover for the sushi β the wine list is clearly not the point and nobody's pretending otherwise. If you're drinking wine tonight, stick to the rosΓ© or the plum wine and save the serious bottle for a restaurant that cares.

Taverne in the Sky is a perfectly competent hotel wine list with a knockout view as its wingman β fair prices on the accessible end, solid big-name bottle selection, and enough range to keep a mixed table happy. We wouldn't make a special trip for the wine alone, but if you're already there watching the Packers light up across the street, you won't be drinking badly.

1951 West is a safe, competent wine destination for steakhouse loyalists who want familiar California heavyweights without any curveballs. If you're chasing discovery, look elsewhere β but if you're ordering a ribeye and want a bottle that won't let you down, Jordan or Caymus will carry the night.

TGI Fridays Green Bay is not a wine destination β it's a place where wine is an afterthought flanked by endless appetizer deals and frozen cocktails. If you're here, get the happy hour $5 pours, drink the Ste. Michelle Riesling or La Crema Pinot Noir, and save your wine ambitions for somewhere that has them too.

LongHorn is a perfectly fine place to eat a steak in Green Bay β just don't expect the wine list to keep up with the kitchen. Order a cocktail, split a bottle of the Malbec if you must, and save the serious wine drinking for somewhere that cares.

Roots & Rye is a great whiskey bar that happens to have a decent wine list β and that's fine. If you're here for wine specifically, the Pacific Northwest picks are solid enough to keep you happy, just don't expect the list to challenge you.

Cured's wine program is solid but unremarkable until you factor in Happy Hour, which transforms steep markups into reasonable drinking. Show up at 3 p.m., order a bottle at half-price, and suddenly this list makes a lot more sense.
