You've got obscure white varieties like Boutz Cellars' Moschofilero and Vidiano — Greek grapes grown in California wine country, which is exactly the kind of weird flex we respect — alongside Perluca's Verdelho and a proper orange wine section featuring Crosby Wine's Pinot Gris and Perluca's Malvasia Bianca. The sparkling lineup punches above its weight too, with Haliotide Extra Brut Rosé and Cebada's Blanc de Noirs sitting alongside Le Vigne. Gaps exist — the list skews heavily white and local, so if you're hunting for aged Bordeaux or anything outside California, you're in the wrong cellar.
