RagingWine reviewed Rick Erwin's Level 10’s wine list and gave it The Lazy List — RagingWine’s Vibe-Check rating. How RagingWine reviews wine lists →
Wingman Metrics
You open the menu expecting a wine list and find two bottles — both from the same producer, both from the same vintage, one red and one white. That's not a wine program; that's a placeholder.
The entire list consists of Post & Beam by Far Niente: a 2022 Cabernet at $100/bottle and a 2022 Chardonnay at $85/bottle. Post & Beam is Far Niente's more approachable Napa label, retailing around $28–$35 for the Chardonnay and $30–$40 for the Cab — so the markups here are running 2.5x to 3x retail, which is on the steep side for wines at this accessibility tier. There are no other regions, no old-world options, no anything. The label says 'Sommelier's Selections,' which raises the question: selected from what?
No by-the-glass options are documented in the available menu data. With only two bottles on the list, it's unclear whether pours are even offered. If you're looking for a glass of something interesting, you may want to order a cocktail instead.
The Bottom Line
Two bottles is not a wine list — it's a gap on the menu waiting to be filled. Rick Erwin's Level 10 earns points for choosing recognizable, inoffensive labels, but zero points for effort, range, or value. If wine matters to your night out, this is not your destination in Spartanburg.
· Greer · Restaurant
Rick Erwin's Greer may well be a great steakhouse experience, but the wine program as documented is nearly nonexistent — two bottles, steep markup on the Cab, and no evidence of any active curation or by-the-glass program. If you're coming here for wine, bring your own or stick to cocktails.

· Clemson · Restaurant
Two wines, one producer, no real choice — Rick Erwin's Clemson treats wine as an afterthought and the pricing confirms it. Until this list gets a meaningful overhaul, order a cocktail or ask your server what's on draft.

The Commodore is a Champagne list wearing a full-restaurant costume — if bubbles are your reason for coming, there's enough grower depth (Chiquet, Gimonnet) mixed in with the prestige bottles to make it a legitimate destination pour. But the markups are real, the still wine bench is thin, and we don't have enough visibility into the rest of the experience to call it more than a Wild Card worth knowing about if you're celebrating in the western suburbs of Milwaukee.
